I have email alerts set up with HL but nothing yet- given current circumstances not really surprising. Just trying to make sure I haven't missed anything.

Tried 3 or 4 dummy trades Ask always 0.455 Sells around 0.410 maybe the 255 spread doesn't help - US.

Looks to me like the 1,000,000 share trade at 0.47 plus possibly a couple of others at 0.46 are buys.
In which case we have over 1.4m buys today far more than sells ?

Just when it was looking a bit dull 2 come along at once.

AA last week I was supposed to be in hospital for some fairly major surgery but it was cancelled due to Covid19.
Looking for a silver lining it did mean I got to spend my 43rd wedding anniversary at home with my wife but as we have both been told to self isolate it was a very quiet day (not all bad).
Mothers day also suffered for all of us I suspect - lots of treats saved for the, hopefully, not too distant future. GLA build that cash while we wait ?

Assuming the 8m is a rollover ( and a cancelled/amended order ) I make the figs 2.281m Sold and 155k Bought.
If I can do it why do LSE seem to find it so hard ?

LSE (this site) show 8m sold - probably completely misinterpreting the 2m rollover and then making up some numbers just to add to the confusion.
Anybody got a handle on the real buys and sells as LSE clearly don't show enough trades to explain their figures ?

As the MM's try hard to pretend the Stock Markets aren't all up 5% to 8% I suppose its the only way to avoid a tick up ?

Are they actually sells ?
Talk about a self fulfilling prophecy. HOLD - all imo of course.
Interesting to see markets down again, don't know what else they think governments can do.

Small top up. 90 odd thousand shares which has used my last spare cash outside my ISA so watching and waiting until the end of the month at least now - unless things take off in which case I may use some of the cash in the isa account.

just tried a dummy buy trade on HL offered 0.425 but they show bid as 0.35 so the sp s/be 0.40 ?

That didn't last long !

Why not give up on the 0.05 steps in bid sp and ask so you don't have stupid 33% spreads ?
Let me help no sells below 0.35 no buys above .38 ;
So BID .35 SP 0.37 ASK 0.39 and Spread ( still large ) say 10%.
Not so hard - is it ?
