Wilson.... the 200 mil is Colins estimate of NPV. .....so that would be the value of the project....... development, operating costs any costs attributed to debt etc.... have already been deducted to arrive at this number...... the biggest caveat imo is that this is Colins estimate. .... it has apparently been corroborated.... but im not sure on the details of this... the strategic 3rd party review should put an NPV on the field.... as well as setting out risks to this development. . .. so im looking forward to the issue of this review. ....

Rich.... you are being misleading there.... the converted CLNs are the reason for the majority of the increase in number of shares..... if Cadogen had gone for it then without taking these into consideration they could have gone from owning 90% of the company to 10% in a single conversion of the shares.... so them paying 8p would have been mkt cap of over 10 millón. ... almost full exploited field value. .... no sensible company would do that..... (some) shareholders at the time were being disingenuous to themselves by ignoring the change notes or just viewing them as debt.......

We need some more details.... potentially there was more ink on paper regarding future sales of our Lithium... I would like to know if this is the case..... if it was just about raising capital then the route would have been to issue the JORC then ask the market for that money. ... lets see if we can find out what else went on when BA was in China. ...

Agree.... to within a %of the 30% formal offer holding.... Suay Chin wanted to put themselves in this position while the shareprice was in its depressed state.... considering that their initial 20% placing was at the inflated price I'd imagine that their SP average is still higher than a lot of PIs. .......

Only 16 million sales... for a share price below .15p. With so many shares in issue... not exactly a mass exodus....

From that interview we need 50 million to develop the field.... but that's a 5 year plan anyway.... I'd suggest that best for AST and shareholders would be somewhere in between........ unless of course AST have plans to spend all their profit from this project in other opportunities. ....

Plus.... not massive volumes sold today. .... the published results have only told us what we already knew....more news to come I'm sure.

Monarch.... the 150 million to AST isn't quite right.... 90% of 40 million then 75% of the remaining. .... im splitting hairs (standard pastime for a baldy like me) but adds 6 million onto the AST cut..... not to be sniffed at.

60% discount would be closer to 2.5 to 3.5p imo. ... they do not need much from JV to start fast tracking the resource so i doubt the share ceiling will be that low.... Unless the offer they recommend is for a full take-over.... however.... as has been stated many times.... the board don't have enough skin in the game to make that route as lucrative as it could have been....

The JORC will happen this time... the only reason it didn't happen when originally suggested was because the need to raise capital from share issues disappeared with the Chinese money.... but it will happen this time for 2 main reasons. .. money will be required to bring this baby home and 2. There is a 20% holder that is a little ****ed at the current paper loss they are sitting on........ it maybe that both these reason join together if the development and processing plant is further bankrolled by the Chinese partner. ... but in that case they will want the value of the resource reflected in the shareprice to ward off unwanted attempts to buy it from under their noses at a bargain price. .... the JORC will ensure that.

I was proposing a question that would be good to ask.... you turned the most negative possible response into fact and posted it as such..... in my theorising I suggested that the other creditors might not need to be paid for some time... time for MOZ to make the money and pay what's due..... lets not point the shotgun at our own feet......
