I like that last metaphor. .... I might use it myself if I am ever in such a premier position again. ... to be honest I think there will be no more than 6 months between each company finally producing.... im very interested in the delivery timescales for any plant considering there are so many miners racing to get into production here.... I think the Kodal approach to get into early production with simple gravity separation techniques and follow up later with the dfs circuits will shave months of the first production. ... however until both companies place an order for equipment I wouldn't like to say who will be first.... not concerned as long as Kodal make it in time for lithium demand to skyrocket (2021 to 2022 imo)

Yes..... without permits there is no business case.... even the value of the license is dubious but if there are no permits by year end I'd want Colin to follow the Court route..... if for anything else to shine a light on this .... but yes.... my shareholding diluted by 15% is fine by me.... it would mean I've been diluted by about 40% in total since my first but but that is not unusual on AIM (ps I always considered the loan notes to be converted)

4 years for a permit when the time frame should be 6 months. .... withdrawn permit on unsatisfactory basis.... failure to issue (or reject) operational permits for 8 months when the KPI for the agency is measured in weeks..... if this goes to European courts then the defence of the parties involved will highlight who is at greatest fault...... if the permits are issued then we will have less chance of finding out the truth. .. but at least I will have recovered some of my investment. ...

According to the podcast the resolution is for the power to raise 340million new shares .... equivalent to 15% of current shares in circulation. ... but I think there is a second resolution proposed that would allow up to 30% to be floated.... doesnt mean they will use it but if the operational permits don't get issued and SR don't progress, then I'm pretty sure they would be..... imho

Im feeling very similar to you there Scott.... looks to be a very picturesque country.... but there are enough picturesque places in world to visit ...... so I don't think I'll be missing it.

Gas plant is not redundant. ... we cannot squeeze the value of the field down that pipeline and Colin was wrong to suggest that it was no longer a priority..... I bet the SR has shown him that.... if we relied on this route.... as shareholders we would have no chance at recovering value.... but what the last 6 months has shown is that the exploitation of the field also relies upon a steady flow of operational permits ...... and without those we are dead ducks..... I am hoping that this is what we will eventually achieve but it has been a trying share and Slovenia is unlikely to get any more of my money in investment. .....

Other off take investors was relating to the region... not Kodal... but still a positive statement as it reflects the interest in the quality of product that the area can produce

We need to vote yes..... or at some point in the near future. ... maybe early 2019 we will run out of cash.... we had an uplift in production following the shut in period but do not expect it to continue.... the parties involved in the SR would be stupid not to take advantage of this distressed situation..... knowing we will not become a firesale in a few months time will stop this happening.... plus.... they are limited to a raising power equivalent to only 15% of the company value.... easy decision for me..... vote yes

Bad analogy misiekm.... shares issuing isnt like a credit card....so you make it sound worse... change it to a debit card and I'll finish the analogy...... we don't let Colin use the Debit card and he runs out of petrol in a salubrious area.... when he tries to walk home because his card won't let him put enough petrol in the car to get there some shady guys with eastern European accents mugged him and steal the sweeties he was bringing home to us..... wish we had just let him use the card......

Nmike.... agree with your points however I think he answered the first one fully in that intreview. .... and the RNS basically read that we are currently surviving on the current 2 well and only skeleton staff. ... he doesn't necessarily want to raise the money but he wants to have the option to respond to low-ball offers from the strategic review with the old Churchill salute.... he can't do that I'd they know he has nowhere else to go to maintain cashflow.....

Paulo also tried to rubbish the EV revolution as a reason to invest in lithium only a month ago.... and his arguements were exposed then..... on this particular attempt.... I agree we don't know what will be the the dominant battery tech in 20 years.... but we do know that lithium is dominant now.... and unlikely to be usurped in the next 5 to 10 years.... all commodity investment has a degree of gambling.... and I'd gamble on lithium before any emerging technology.... at this stage..... all my opinion of course

Imo... they are not trying to create something. ... they are trying to protect themselves from the possibility that this rise is being worked by traders hopeful at luring in fresh buyers only to sell on the crest of their own wave.... plus they will make money on any transactions that do happen.... so the mm's are simply betting that this sharp rise on no news is worked... if they are wrong they still win.... buggers...... be patient.... wait for news flow to cause the rise....

I think the move to 0.8 has been a reflection of the value the extra revenue we now leverage from alluvials.... supports the general buy in to the idea that the removal of the alluvials to reveal hard rock is self financing..... in my opinion this won't have a significant increase until we are mining hard rock. ... and won't soar until positive results come from the mining..... so im hoping for first half of 2019 to be positive....

It's not the perfect con Reso.... if it is all a con the perfect con would have been not to have ben vetoed at the AGM....... also we are registered in the UK so officers of the company claiming interest from multiple companies and strong interest from one would be fraud..... they are allowed to gild the lily..... but not make up information like that.... again... the fact that they intend to go to the EU courts against ARSO if the permits don't come suggests to me they have a clear (enough) conscience in this regard...... what's the old saying? 3 million is a lot for a company working on skeleton staff..... and by the end of the year there will be no point having anything but skeleton staff in Slovenia. ... any placing should be for 1 years absolute minimum office costs plus enough to kick off any court action...... past this I'd expect them to need to call another GM before making placings.... oh... and existing holders should be approached first in any dilution

That was a comment on day traders that ramp and deramp a tradable stock dependant upon their agenda on that day..... not a comment against anyone that moves their stock because they see more value elsewhere but who remain respectful to those still invested. Everyone has a right to do what they want with their money/investment.

Agreed gfd.... then they congratulate themselves for managing to beat the system.... when all they have likely done (if indeed they are one of the few to succeed at the day trading game) is take money from other private investors while the system still wins on the increased buying and selling across a wide spread.... that's my take on it anyway
