Why you would give an unrelated example as proof that AST have no case is beyond me..... a case where pollution has resulted in prosecution..... not surprised the courts didn't rule in their favour.

Let's see what response Colin is going to get from the no win no fee lawyers and go from there..... my decision to remain invested was significantly driven by 2 facts.
1. There has been hydrocarbon extraction in the area for over 60 years
2. We had already been given the permit, subsequently recinded on a basis that was thrown out by the Slovenian courts....

Not sure but it would be an easy press release.....

By the time the money is needed think on all the information we will have.... not only on the mine and mining licence but also on the processing success of the 5000te sample...risk will be lowering all the time..... anyway we are both on the same page.... just you see more risk in the financing than i do...

Strange comments James.... with all the studies in the bag and a mining agreement the money for the plant could be obtained through loans at potentially favourable rates .... especially if the current margins hold up in 2020 to 22.... i only suggest the Chinese would prefer to forward purchase/sell rather than be charged the interest on said loan (They do own 30% after all and would miss out on that proportion of profit spent paying back the loan interest) .... it would mean more risk to them..... so i suppose we will get to find out how they feel about it soon enough...... 2019 year of progress coming up (imho)

They won't sit on their hands James.... in my opinion they will forward sell stock ..... in the knowledge that every dollar spent will be recouped in value as the share price increases..... and guess what.... they will also make a profit on the lithium transaction.... Imho....... feeling nauseous again?

It's funny.... it was a similar style podcast that tipped me into buying into this company in the first place.... but listening to Colin spout the same rhetoric here.... i doubt I'd believe him again....

NEWAST..... I doubt there is anyone getting rich or poor at the moment....I'm guessing most LTH are glumly watching proceedings with their heads below the water..... I'm also guessing the traders are frustrated.... they are trying to shift the price but the spread is being kept high ....... it's like an old fashioned standoff here..... waiting for the permits to land or be rejected before anyone draws their guns to shoot....

Reso.... it's invested in Slovenia.... the fact that it has been invested against an expectation of permits being issued .... but have not materialised to allow benefits to be realised both by AST and by Slovenia doesn't change the fact that this an investment in Slovenia.....

Plus.... there will be a significant proportion spent on Geo and their input .... they will invoice for every hour spent on this and pass on costs (plus handling fees) for any service contract they handle in the execution (be it with a Slovenian company... a Balkan based company or a truly international company)....

You are right. ... first passed the post is only relevant wrt which company sees their share price rocket first....... but I dont think there will be much in it.....
