Benchmark Mineral Intelligence are running a load of presentations today. Very interesting. I haven't had to pay for them, so they appear to be free. I'd recommend watching if you have time. I'm accessing via Twitter.

I'm not liking all the small trades.... consistently at .04, and yet when a reasonable buy comes in its lower.... that's not how it's meant to work....

Exactly what is being argued?.... China offers a market for a lower battery grades. Big surge in lithium iron phosphate for EVs in china is an example. I doubt very much that higher grade would be sold as a lower grade.....
Why not focus on this market reality Daz?

What hasn't been proven/shown to us is exactly what quality we will produce in the end. So for me this is going to be the $200million NPV question and we wont get visibility of that until a contract to supply is signed.
So.... there may be a lift in shareprice when the license is issued.... but we it wont be anything special imo.... until we get a signed supply contract.... which will tell you where our quality sits.

Telprint.... its supposed to be a mechanism to stop market manipulation. If the price moves too fast the market puts the brakes on for a short while.... does it work? Who knows.

I agree about the bulk sample. I'm hoping it is processed and the reason that the results aren't published is they are forming the basis of the official OTA... (or that is the reason they will use for not releasing this important info - ie price sensitive for the downstream customer).
Maybe I'm being too optimistic on that, but with the OTA and MLA due I cant help believing that these questions will finally be answered then... or very soon after.

I'd recommend following him on twitter. You have lithium stocks so imo he is a good voice to be listening to. Not the only one.... but should be one. He also does regular podcasts with many industry players contributing.

You kinda missed my point Daz. The price that keeps getting quoted as low is for a lower grade of lithium that is accepted by the broad Chinese battery market.... but not tier 1 battery manufacturers. Only idiots would downgrade their product when the main demand stress is in the higher quality market...... China will also have a higher quality market in development. They will see the dominance in this sector from Korea and Japan and wont want to miss out.
IF we have a high enough quality spodumene then it will be sold at that value. Of course if it isnt quite good enough then we wouldnt be able to sell for the suggested premium.
So far we have had suggestions that it is of a high quality but apart from the price used in the feasibility study we have had nothing that firms up what this high quality means.
Imo, we wont know what our quality of product means in terms of $$$ until the OTA is nailed.... but my point was that it is not correct to always default to the lower price.
Correct to quote it..... but not to suggest that it is what will be paid.

On low lithium prices. Joe Lowry recently reported that Chinese spot lithium prices were misleading when talking about battery material. Japanese and Korean battery grade prices are 70 to 80% higher than the reported Chinese prices.

It's like trying to see in the dark fathoming the current lithium market.... and it is obviously our HOPE that our product can be used to produce highest grades, but it is at least good to know that it's not all bargain basement.
Btw... I'm not stating we will get top dollar... but just that there is scope there.

I haven't been in this for a long time and I wouldn't put my money in again, no matter what. If they do progress to litigation however I will watch intently. Nothing for me to gain except knowledge but I deserve that much.
I hope those that became stuck get some value back through this.

Shares arent admitted to the market until 14th, and when they will be traded? I dont know, but I doubt anytime soon, as the 'group of investors' would in that scenario make a massive loss.
The big dip today is a number of existing shareholders trying to sell ..... right at the time when nobody is buying. They have my sympathies.... not a good time to sell... for anyone.

Actually... read the detail. 1.5 billion shares but the value is paid back to us over 12 months at (albeit 75%) of the prevailing share price. If the share price quadrupled on funding agreements KODAL would get good value.
If it stays flat or drops we still get the 500k minus 15k expenses....
Am I missing something here? We knew funding was required.... this potentially locks some future benefit of the share rising again (I.e. we could get a lot more than 500k).
The biggest downside here is that yet again SC have failed to step up. This is not a notes issue ... it's a group of investors taking their own risk.

Not sure anyone would be in a position to make an offer under the current circumstances. Those that have pulled their money out of shares have done so for a reason and that reason hasn't changed.
Best chance is to have the licence granted and offtake agreement signed as this begins to pass..... then maybe we will attract some of the returning capital.
