The Kenya project has been nothing but difficult for over a decade and there were no takers when it was available for $400m

TLW need to change their approach by passing on the JV 50% to the government and if this doesn't get the ball rolling then nothing will.

It seems that the government are mostly trying to avoid paying back costs once production begins. Incrementally this would bring in over $1b usd to TLW.

Why would anyone want to take-over TLW, no one wanted it when it was sub 10p and that included Uganda.

Kos showed interest in the hope tlw lost tbe tax dispute and this went sub 10p.

Did someone on here predict 60p plus by Easter ;)

That sell at 39p was spot on - not even the fools can disagree.

Yesterday saw us close at an 18 month high on no news, a sure sign of weakness. Everyone should take Jmax's advice and sell here.

They had this as a buy at 39.48p

Only the most naive of people ever thought this was going bust. Why would lenders foreclose when tbe can milk this for years.

I called this down to 22p and its gone lower, so any reasonable outcome with the tax and the movement the other way will be extreme.

I'm glad RD us going as this company needs a more charismatic approach and better communication with the market.

One point that hasn't been mentioned regarding the tax dispute:

For most of the period concerned, tlw were making very good money and the tax YoY would be insignificant. So I doubt they would have intentionally avoided these payments.

I have a good record on here and the moronic rampers still try to criticise my postings.

However, my 60p prediction has them stumped as it suits their agenda, and if I turn out to be wrong so then are the morons for not calling me out :)

The people who write these articles are on the same level as the 'experts' on here.

How can anyone say that this company will have a positive future when the tax dispute hangs in the balance.

Remember the expert who sold at 32p and bought back at 37p before the sp tanked :)
