If it was a good deal for KOS it wouldn't be 'dilution' :)

In real terms tlw is producing about 55k barrels per day and there is a bit more to it than your basic comparison.

It could be the opposite - the offer will come in if tlw take a heavy hit in the dispute.

How can a reasonable offer be made while the tax dispute hangs in the balance ?

The experts on here were warned but they have been taken for fools.

It is not a claim when some of them have an average price of over £6 per share. So they have written this off, and by lending to shorters they get a small return.

The biggest investors here are the IIs, and they are at a huge loss and they have not even tried to buy their way out of trouble, instead they lend to shorters.

Similarly, the company was never going bust as it would be too much trouble for the lenders. Instead it was restructured to pay the debt at the expense of SP growth. And I wouldn't be fooled by director buys as if a company like this was to be dismantled I am sure the directors would be well looked after.

The experts on here should have taken notice when SB reduced to beneath the reporting threshold. But they were too busy posting nonsense :)
