You are such a fool. TLW gave UOG an asset with huge potential for nothing, TLW didn't even ask for contingent payments. This shows just how badly TLW is managed.

This was taken to 26p due to a T/O that was never going to happen - yet another pump and dump. RD has been nothing short of useless.

The other issue with the gas blag is that at first glance it makes TLW look less profitable than it actually is. Due to the gas being sold for less than $20 boe.

RD consistently trying to include the gas blag in production figures showed what he is all about. Atlhough the no-hopers on here fell for it.

The Sp getting to 60p plus was a good recovery, then there was the merger and tax dispute.

It would be interesting to hear Sam's views on how to turn this around.

It's quite simple - if there is no deal then TLW lose everything.

TLW have tried to sell Kenya and there have been no takers, and the JV partners have walked away.

TLW would need to contribute to the development of the field to have a chance of attracting a partner. TLWs share of Kenya was valued at $400M, but it is a complicated project.

It's pretty obvious that the government want TLW to walk away.

That is not going to happen. It is more likely TLW give their share to a bigger player and financially contribute to the project on condition TLW keep a percentage of production and get to incrementally claim back over $1B in expenses as stated in the contract

To get a deal done TLW could contribute $500M, keep circa 10k bopd and still have over $500m to claim back.

All discussions and contracts should be conducted morally and within the law.

TLW have options with Kenya. It is uncertain who actually now controls the 50% that the JV partners walked away from so TLW could waive their claim to this and pass it to the Kenyans. Any deal is better than no deal.

The new CEO, should start by asking the Kenyan government exactly what they want in order to get the project moving towards oil production. This will cut out all the delaying tactics.

If a deal cannot be reached then TLW need to look at reclaiming costs - well over $1B so far.

RD has done very little and to some extent the high OP made him look good for a while - he's no loss.
