Have a look at Halifaxs they do share accounts and isa it's £9.95 a trade and an annual fee of £36 for all accounts but no interest on cash balances

Can't see it being a take over with the debt they have could be wrong though I think refinance of the bond payment due in May has been achieved

The warrants are repayable in 3yrs time at a very nice 50% premium nice deal for those in the know. With no income and no plans whatsoever to mine for the gold how is the company going to repay the warrants??

GP yes good news for tullow but the underlying problem is the bond repayment due in May. To date still no news as to how this is going to be addressed

Unless Tullow can refinance their debt the bond holders will takeover the company. Tullow are in the same situation as cine World were monies coming in but not enough unfortunately to service the debt. We all know what happened to cineworld shareholders completely wiped out.

I bought a 100 shares when RR was privatised in 1998 I think took exfra shares instead of dividends had 1700 at the time of the rights issue which I took up now have 7500 this is about my only long-term success most have lost money now I think longterm holding of shares is not viable
