Joey, may I suggest you look back over your posts this year on VAST; when it was more than double the current share price, it should make you smile as it did me. Always good to be positive, ha ha. JJ

I'm a fan of the delivery service as it avoids me driving a round trip of 10 miles when a larger 'shop' is called for. Earlier this year I was finding slots booked up if I wanted delivery in the next 3 days, or I had to pay a lot for the delivery. Now I'm able to get free delivery slots without signing up to the 'smart deal' and still avoid a long wait. Does this suggest a deeper problem for us investors any thoughts?
Before responding you might like to test it out for yourself. It could be my location and a completely different story elsewhere in the Country. JJ

Why would you apologise to someone who has been so rude. We have some well respected posters who are constructive whereas he/she was destructive with an agenda. He is a fan of Mike Ashley who is also rude and IMHO destructive, perhaps he is a relative.

On Friday I wrote this would be at 0.4 by the end of the year; now it looks likely later today or by the end of the week.

Disgusting budget. He reduced the basic rate of tax by 1p which does little or nothing for the lower paid. But they are the ones who spend every penny they have and fuel the economy. The higher rate tax payers are laughing because they were not struggling but things have been made even easier for them. Oh they may buy another property or two, have another holiday abroad, or save a bit more. Their actions will not get the economy moving but will push up property prices, they will spend their money abroad and not in the UK, they will buy expensive foreign made stuff. I hope the people who have been shafted by the Chancellor and this govt. will ensure the rotten Conservatives get their due deserts and lose the forthcoming general election. To think I used to vote for them. We are in for a very tough couple of years although it could last much longer. Rant over. JJ

Back in July '22 you posted when vast was at 0.75 compared with 0.52 as I write. That's a 30% drop in 2 months or so. Yet you suggest VAST is a Strong Buy. On what basis is it a strong buy? JJ

0.4 by the end of 2022, this assumes we don't have another consolidation. Please don't top up and lose even more money, of course its your decision. It upsets me to see people being suckered by VAST just as I have been. Its not even been a fun journey. By all means make your own mistakes but understand this is a gamble and not an investment that you can research as too much is hidden away. Not advice DYOR. JJ

The FCA has made a lot of very poor decisions which have adversely impacted many smaller investors, costing them much of their retirement savings. JJ

Trunky, I may qualify as one of your "older customers" at age 71 but 'am still able to cycle 500 miles in a month and comfortably go for an 8 mile walk. I see a lot of people 20 years younger than myself that can barely get about. I believe that we may well see the demise of out of town shopping as people get to enjoy the experience of towns with a variety of 'independents', with a choice of places to eat and drink, not fast food junk. Add to that a bit of history etc. and what does out of town really offer. I see online shopping hitting the out of town shopping experience more than the high street in the next 10 years. If you don't want to own a car then 'out of town' is unlikely to feature strongly in your life. I hope I'm encouraging debate. JJ

Right now NWG has paid out a lot of money to them, does it mean they will be buying back NWG in which case we could very well see this share at £2.90, or above, next week JJ

In the current climate it seems to make sense to reinvest. However I am wondering whether the BOE will hold off for a month in terms of another rate increase as inflation could be falling, people ARE tightening their belts. And our PM may be 'discretely', behind the scenes saying please hold back, or else I may blame you Mr Bailey and turf you out! JJ

Its no wonder we can get our investments so wrong. It does not seem that long ago that AML was above £20; I think I will give the RI a miss. Stroll has proven a waste of space both in terms of AML and the F1 racing team. JJ
