RF seem to be behaving quite responsibly actually, they only sell some when there is plenty of buying volume. They sold considerably less than the 2 huge buys we saw on Friday.

Whilst they still make money selling at any price as they can request new shares at a slight discount it is obviously still in their best interest to sell when the share price is higher.

Director buys would speak volumes at this stage.

Have a feeling those were Director buys earlier. Soaking up the RF sells nicely.

Riverfort is my guess, though it’s possible Budd is selling and Cheek is buying.

If they sold at 50p they'd make a huge profit, but they'd still have a technical shortfall because the shares sold would be redeemed at a much lower price, I can't remember what it is now but it was reset and is in the teens. So basically they will still be able to ask for more shares.

I don't believe we're getting a funds in return for the share issue, I think this is simply RF asking for more shares as they've got a short fall. They will always have a shortfall too, the facility is designed in a way to ensure they can continuously ask for more shares (which they receive at a discount and sell at affectively a premium because what ever price they actually sell at is not the price the shares are considered to be redeemed at).

Guy, just speculation based on the 200k buy coming the day after a 200k sell. I do think he will buy some and possibly has already started.

Genedrive have the extra hurdle of needing FDA approval to sell AIHL in the USA, where as OBD don't need it for their type of test. Genedrive is ahead with the NHS NICE approval process though, which OBD haven't started yet. Obviously completely different tests and markets but it's clear why each company's market cap is where it is currently.

The code specifically relates to the USA as far as I understand, not the uk.
