I strongly urge anyone who hasn’t seen the presentation to watch it, or even re-watch it. I’ve tripled my holding here the past couple of days. I’m confident the share price will explode as soon as those orders come in (expected this month, so I’d imagine before the Christmas period) and the other positive news items expected Dec/Jan.

I don’t believe they’ll need even £6m, they’ve made it extremely clear that any funds are for FDA which they have established new partners in the US for, who will help them get through the process at a fraction of the usual costs. I’m expecting some kind of licensing deal, a portion of the sales revenue (or shares) in exchange for part financing the process.

Stocksaint, Genedrive certainly will not need to raise £16m in Q1.

Franky, I gather you haven’t watched the presentation yet! James is actually organising partner deals in the US… details to be revealed by the end of the year/Jan.

“The FDA approval process can take between one week and eight months, depending on whether you self-register, submit a 510(k) application or submit a Premarket Approval (PMA) application.”

With the US partners James referenced and their help with bringing the FDA costs down to a fraction of what they would’ve been and helping get the test in to market, we may have FDA sooner than some were expecting.

Just a reminder that JC said they are expecting orders from EU distributors this month.

He also said details of the new NHS go-live sites will be released to the market this month. One of the near term expected news items in the presentation is…

“Revenue from additional go-live sites in the uk and abroad for MT RNR1”

There is no doubt Genedrive will at long last have sales, this month, and more and more babies will have their hearing saved.

I believe the drawdown was announced immediately before the results in an effort to help reassure the market that they have funding there still and are now able to utilise the facility again regardless of share price.

With all those tasty warrants I doubt very much RF want to push the share price down. So far they have been very careful with their timing, they clearly gave a good relationship with GDR management.

Ha no Stocksaint, I’m simply going by what was said in the presentation. JC made it very clear that funding would be for the FDA which we always knew would be a separate round of funding.

The RNS says that new funding was required due to the uncertainty over whether further drawdowns can be made considering the price is below 16p. Well we know from yesterday’s after-hours RNS that some kind of agreement must have been made to allow the drawdown.

As I said before RF aren’t going to let the company go bust or let their shares and warrants be diluted to nothing, so imo they will continue allowing genedrive to drawdown when they need to.

I think the CFO will have written those comments prior to the further drawdown being agreed and announced after hours, the results will have been prepared well in advance of yesterday.

If it was a sell then it was RF taking advantage of the huge buying volume yesterday, and will have been worked through the afternoon. Now if the buying continues it will rise, we might see 7-8p in the next couple of sessions.

AIHL EU sales and more expected this month, as per the presentation.

Not sure you're correct there Roger, it was the stroke marker test James was referring to when he was speaking about selling for research and development purposes, not AIHL.

AIHL can now be sold commercially to 6 EU countries I believe.

Gloria, product registration was mentioned in the rns this morning along with the language translations. James clarified and confirmed in the presentationt that they are expecting sales from these countries as soon as December. Seemed he had to bite his lip and wanted to say more about this, as well as the UK further rollout details.

"whereas international revenues are dependent on product registration and language translation, which has been achieved post year end in six countries."

No problem bigAl, I think your posts have been great ...and honest! It was just that I can imagine some people might take the warrant receivables as something we WILL receive at some point even though you've put "date unknown". As you say, they may not exercise those. Personally I am quite sure they will exercise them, however most of the warrants so far require the share price to be vastly higher than it is currently.

I can see the share price easily reaching 20p in the next couple of months which would allow them to exercise some of the warrants, bringing in a decent chunk of cash.

JC made is very clear that the NICE delay had nothing to with the product or company, it's simply that the EVA process is new and they are figuring out some of the steps as they go along.

No he didn't, I'm not entirely sure if the NHS trusts are even paying full price for AIHL whilst NICE full recommendation is being worked on. Maybe they are as they are getting funding through charity and grants etc I believe.

Either way, the European countries who have given regulatory approval will I am sure be paying full price, and considering the EU market is nearly 50 million GBP the revenues may build up quite quickly. That we should have sales in December was the most exciting bit of the presentation for me, completely unexpected.

The only thing that is a bit misleading is the assumption that RF will exercise their warrants. But the drawdowns which clearly can be resumed (as per yesterday) will be plenty to see us well in to H2 2024. The FDA submission however will require more funding as clearly mentioned by JC in the presentation, this has always been the case though going back well over a year we knew this.

Lets see how much revenue the European sales bring in.

James sounded like a really wanted to spill the beans on European sales coming by the end of the year and details of the roll out outside of greater manchester, but he had to bite his lip. Details on either will do wonders for the shareprice particularly sales which the market is desperate for.

JC made it clear that any funding would be for the FDA and to further their commercial strategy, not for keeping the lights on. I believe the RF drawdowns are for that, we had one yesterday and it's worth bearing in mind RF have millions of shares above the current share price so they aren't going to refuse any more drawdowns and let the company go bankrupt.

Sales are expected as early as this December, plus several other huge positives coming by the end of the Dec/early Jan that should send the share price swiftly north.

3. Specialist commissioning details coming by the end of the year/early next.

4. Sales of stroke test for research purposes expected before reg approval, loads of interest.

5. AIHL NICE update coming January.

6. I need to rewatch about the comments regarding stroke marker test NICE recommendation delay. I'm expecting it to be January as well but that's just going by the previous delays. JC said the delays are caused by the process being new and NICE trying to figure out the next steps, and nothing to do with GDR or the test.

7. FDA process still on and progressing well with their support and the support from new partners in the US.
