Well the US partners are the ones helping get it through the FDA process, seems to me it would be highly cost effective to some kind of deal with them... licensing or a stake in the company.

And regarding NICE approval, I believe that will be irrelevant when specialist commissioning comes.

It wouldn't surprise me if the US partners deal is effectively some kind of bid.

It'll come, it's just a question of which one of the company making news items comes first. I think it'll be FDA or EU orders, hopefully specialist commissioning confirmation is imminent too as that will permanently release the handbrake here.

Riverfort are keeping us going. There was uncertainty about whether we could continue the drawdowns as the share price went below 16p (hence there not being any drawdowns for many months) but evidently a new arrangement or agreement has been made as we have recently received another drawdown for November. RF will continue to ensure the company has the basic funding required to keep going, it's in their interest to do so too so it's common sense.

Extra funding will be needed for FDA, a partner deal which is being finalised with some incredible US partners has not been announced yet... but is expected end of the year / beginning of next. We may have a US partner agree to fund the whole process in exchange for commission / part-licensing rights on each sale. One thing for sure is they are very enthusiastic and supportive and planning to get it fast tracked in to the market and much lower costs than would be typical of the FDA process.

That’s because they have to develop a business case for each one to help them get whilst waiting for NICE. However, when specialist commissioning arrives they will no longer need to do this, all hospitals will get it beginning immediately (£8.5m market).

Plus we’ve been told EU orders are starting this month, and as I hope you already know the EU market is much larger.

Stocksaint you should watch the presentation which came later, specifically discussing that the round of funding in Q1 is for FDA, we’re waiting for news on partners who are going help keep costs down and fast track it. Also the Riverfort drawdowns are clearing back on, we received one the evening before the results.

Not to mention the multiple news items promised by the end of the year.

Yes it's pretty much guaranteed at the stage, it also helps that the NHS were driving this test to be developed in the first place. Interesting what JC said about had they gone down the normal process with NICE, not using the new Early Value Assessment process, they will have probably already have received full recommendation, so full rollout would be well underway. I'm really keen to hear confirmation about specialist commissioning, he said it's definitely coming and sooner rather than later... if that is confirmed by the end of the year it's going to put a massive rocket behind the share price! ...hopefully a flurry of rns releases... including EU orders December (maybe a Parisian hospital will take it up, they're over there now), further rollouts and FDA.

This is the best opportunity I've seen in over 10 years of trading/investing, enormous upside. OBD looks promising too, but it already has a reasonable market cap and some pretty big uncertainties imo. I'm very confident we'll see 20-50p at Genedrive in the next few weeks and even more in the coming months if those news items arrive as expected. Let's see!

Yes really excited about this publicity, a lot of people throughout Oxford, Thames Valley and the South will have watched that and will know who Genedrive are now. It's a huge relief for parents-to-be to know that this test exists, I can imagine there is a lot of pressure on the NHS to get this in everywhere with enquiries from parents demanding the test is made available in their local hospital. Special Commissioning is coming and will allow a speedy nationwide rollout, circumventing NICE.

Also I think it's obvious that RF are continuing to provide the £300k per month drawdowns by the fact that the company just received one (despite the share price being below 16p) for November and we've just issued them shares to keep the facility going. It's pretty much guaranteed they will receive another 300K for December and monthly going forward as needed. RF have their shares and all those millions of warrants to protect afterall.

It will likely send the share price rocketing imo, it will come after we receive partner news and details that will drastically reduce the usual FDA costs and help fast track AIHL through the process in to market. FDA approval can be as quick as 3 months.

Genedrive have already said they could collect the data NICE requires in 3-6 months, so things are going to start happening fast imo. Plus regarding NICE, it looks like we are circumventing them with the specialist commissioning. I wonder if that will also speed up the FDA process, I'd imagine it will.

The BBC article was shared this morning (with no mention of Genedrive), it is this evening’s ITV news interview that has mentioned Genedrive by name. We’ll see some impact tomorrow I’m sure.
