They haven’t officially announced the full Kent, Surrey and Sussex NHS rollout coming Q1. This is huge progress.

There are a few major positive news items anticipated that will dramatically affect the share price. Until any of those are announced (or a day or 2 before) the share price will likely be in the 7-10p range.

I suspect KSS rollout might be linked to special commissioning as it’s a large area adopting the test in one go.

Latest Genedrive figures for NICU admissions in the UK are 100,000 and £8.5m revenue.

Exciting to think Kent, Surrey and Sussex are getting full rollout in the next 2.5 months. It wouldn’t surprise me if half the UK units are using Genedrive by the end of this year.

FDA process can take as little as 3 months.

With specialist commissioning for the NHS coming (I’m anticipating it will be Q1 inline with the KSS full rollout), we could have pretty decent revenue by the end of this year.

The original revenue from the NHS was upgraded long ago from £5m to £8m. People subtly trying to deramp lol!

If all babies admitted to NICUs receive Genedrive like they already are in Brighton then revenues will be vastly more.

Guy, Eureka is not saying every baby being born he (and the document) is saying every baby admitted to the unit. So all unwell babies at Brighton are receiving the test so they are ready for antibiotics if needed. I understand most will need antibiotics however it is clear that they are giving the test to all babies to be safe.

I believe James is pushing specialist commissioning through which circumvents the need for NICE full recommendation.

It’s always been all babies needing antibiotics will receive the test (not only preteen babies) which is £8m per year.

Yes what’s happening in Brighton suggests all babies admitted to the unit will now receive the test, which makes total sense and increases revenues to £24m per year for the uk alone.

There was a comment on LinkedIn last week saying that Genedrive is going to be rolled out across the whole KSS (Kent, Surrey, Sussex) area in Q1 which presumably will include the other Brighton area units.

Fantastic find Rud! I understood the financial modelling was based on testing babies who were going to be given antibiotics. If this is the case and it becomes common practice to test all babies when they are admitted to a unit then revenues will surely be significantly higher than previous estimates.

We’re not obligated to take all the drawdowns. At the moment we’re issuing lots more shares just to keep the facility going as we’re below 16p. We could stop that if we no longer needed it.

RF would only be able to request shares if they have a shortfall then, or when the share price is higher if they take up their warrants… which will bring in even more money to Genedrive.

If we hear news that specialist commissioning is happening, we won’t need Riverfort anymore as money will be flowing in with full NHS rollout.

RF sells are nothing to worry about, they're just doing what they do as part of their business plan, they simply sell when when there is enough volume to do so. The 1 million trade though is without a doubt a buy and far more interesting.

The 2m will be Riverfort, but the 1m was clearly a buy so somebody taking a large position.

How it's stated is simply down to what the ask and bid is at the time the trade is listed, it's automatic. The trade at 8.5 was right in the middle of the bid and ask at the time the trade was listed so the system marks it as unknown, however it was stated that the trade was from 1 hour earlier, when the ask was 8.5 so at that time it would have been shown as a buy.

Also it has not been possible to sell at 8.5 at any time today yet lol, so safe to say it was a buy.

It wasn’t possible to sell at that price at or before the delayed time, that was the asking price so definitely a buy.

That's what I"m thinking system, I think to have rollout across the whole KSS might suggest that specialist commissioning is about to happen.
