Hopefully the FDA partners update before year end. Some major items promised end of year/beginning of next. An update on the EU orders expected to start this month would be superb too.

They do have a middle east distributor but only EU orders were mentioned in the presentation.

The remaining things were an update on FDA partners though he said by end of the year / beginning of next …so I’m now thinking it’s probably more likely to be January as everything slows down over Christmas.

The new go live sites… from the q & a’s he said one will be announced imminently and others he hopes to bring onboard 2024. So imo that was Brighton which we’ve had.

It just leaves EU orders starting this month, so we might hear something there. However it may simply be that they expect to now start receiving orders because they have the local translations done, rather than specific orders lined up.

My one fear is that they announce a January placing (Q1) in December, so I’m a little cautious at the moment.

What makes you think this bankrupt?

I’m not so sure there will be anyone NHS go live sites until the new year now having read this on the QA page…

Presumably the very imminent one was Brighton, which we’ve had.

I think that was back in January, it’s a look back at the year unless I’m wrong.

I’m expecting it to rise on news, I’m not bothered if it drops in the meantime, people can be impatient. Fact is though when news does land it’ll be difficult to buy large amounts if anything without paying a huge premium to the share price prior to news.

Only risk here imo is if they release details of a January placing this month, but that will be a very sneaky move and they will lose the trust of shareholders again as nobody is expecting funding to be announced until q1.

It’s a different situation now slacker with the magnitude of the news expected in the next couple of weeks. Huge premium being asked for any sizeable buys.

Yes it’s likely on a month by month basis but I think we can all agree that it is in Riverfort’s interest to support the company to ensure they don’t go bust. They have tons of shares and warrants.

Stocksaint, this is getting exhausting lol… we know for a fact that the company made a drawdown in November when one of those original conditions was not met (the share price was under 16p) so we can deduce from that, that they are in fact now able to make drawdowns when needed.

I recommend you watch the presentation rather than only referring to the results RNS.

And further funding to carry on as a going concern will obviously come from the Riverfort drawdowns.

Nope, it won’t all come in one go lol. James clearly said in the presentation that the first round of funding they are looking for is for FDA and that that is coming in Q1.

Not me, I’m averaging 7p currently, holding strong and looking for about 20p short term maybe higher depending on the news flow.

That was the quote I received for that amount of shares. It'll only break out soon if the volume of buys picks up, it won't take much but at the moment volume is a bit low. Another of 800k buys would do the trick.

Market makers wanting 11.6p for over £25k worth. We just need a surge of volume again and it'll be 12-15p in no time.

I think volume will build from around mid-month as much is expected by the end of the year, people are allowing it to consolidate at the moment, whenever it drops a little a load of buys come in to support it.
