The nature of rolling something out takes time, it’s not an instant event where by suddenly the whole of the UK has the test. Nation wide rollout has started in the Manchester area and as far as the reports, articles and RNS’s have said it is expanding and there are no more approvals or sign offs needed. The clinics and hospitals need funding for it of course, and this hasn’t been provided nationally but as we’re seeing in the north east they are finding ways.

The evidence generation will support roll out but it isn’t required for rollout, as is evident in the north east. The recommendation we already have from NICE is expected to facilitate UK and European adoption (itsm’s in the RNSs and circular).

It’s worth remembering that NICE’s final decision has already been made (March 31st). They recommended AIHL be used by the NHS across the UK, and it is currently being rolled out. The evidence generation is to support continued long term recommendation.

Also worth remembering that the test was co developed with the NHS, and using it saves them considerable amounts of money so it’s a no brainer that it’s being rolled out everywhere. Nobody is waiting on the evidence generation. NICE are saying use it now.

Yes there is solid support around this level. Some nice chunky buys going through too.

Not if they wanted accuracy. Chinese tests were great for mass testing from home, where as Genedrive’s POC test was far superior in terms of accuracy and more suitable for critical scenarios. Unfortunately by the time it was ready and had received the relevant UK approvals the demand had gone. They have however made it clear that should there be demand again in the future they are ready.

In order to nip any new dangerous strains in the ‘Budd’ there would most certainly be demand for an ultra accurate test, such as our POC test.

How long ago did you receive the email, John? I’m thinking we may hear this week and that this may be the impetus that’ll help boost the share price high enough for another drawdown.

Lol certain people on here are posting highly exaggerated negative views and generally as much negativity as possible because they’ve sold and want the share price to drop as low as possible before they buy back in.

My opinion is it’s unlikely to rocket this week, but we could see 2 or 3 really good spikes (20-30’s) before the end of the year. The current price is very cheap, and it could start moving up anytime. It could also drop a bit lower but I don’t see it dropping below 12 at all now.

Too much positive news coming up for it to drop much further. The stroke test approval, NICE and launch all happening this year. Not to mention news of further AIHL rollout, Euro partners and more. All could very easily take it above 30p again this year. RF will be able to exercise quite a few warrants if they wish too when the share price is higher adding more to the balance sheet.

Some people thought the share price would be driven down to 10p before RF requested new shares. That’s n the case, it seems to me RF don’t see the share price going any lower otherwise they would have waited longer. This can only be a positive thing.

Yes good points, also when Budd said before NICE he was referring to the original time scale of September/October. So I’m expecting it potentially next month (I meant UKCA in my earlier post rather than CE mark).

I was expecting 6m new shares not 3m so this is actually good news from my perspective. They’ll hold these for the inevitable surge in share price when stroke marker action begins. CE mark coming soon. And when further rollout is confirmed.

The 16p limit is VWAP average over a certain number of days, I’ll check later.

Roger, it clearly says how the price will be calculated in the circular RNS. It’s 8% discount to the 10 day VWAP. Nothing to worry about with the positive news expected.

I believe so yes, it’s going to become rather lucrative! …and then there’s the stroke marker test. Very exciting time to be in here.

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust​, Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust, Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust​ and Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are also set to introduce the revolutionary test in 2023.

Manchester-based firm genedrive plc developed the genetic based test with researchers based at MFT, supported by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Manchester Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) and The University of Manchester.

While MFT is the first trust to routinely use the test, other NHS trusts in Greater Manchester will soon follow. The main reasons it has dropped to these levels is the time of year and an expected period with little news flow. Markets are usually bad through the summer months, everyone goes on holiday. September will be different, people will see this as an enormous bargain opportunity with AIHL rolling out as planned and the Stroke marker test updates expected soon. I’m expecting CE marking September/October too.

July was only an estimate, most likely they’re still waiting on the FDA, hopefully hear this month.
