“An online public consultation of the draft NICE recommendation is due to start on 17th May” (now updated to Friday 19th).

With AIHL the announcement was on the first day, so similarly it’s a fair assumption that it may get draft recommendation on Friday.

Gloria, what does show their confidence in their own ability to improve the share price in the long term though is the new options scheme to reward employees.

It’s pretty obvious Gloria and Roger are just traders trying hard to buy in cheaper before the Stroke Marker consultation, a bit greedy imo as it’s already very cheap considering what is on the horizon.

It was planned for today but had to be changed to Friday due to a change in the NICE Project Lead. It’s a good thing imo as the options RNS spooked a few nervous holders, spoiling the build up. Should see a bit more excitement now in the run up.

Most of the genedrive team are focused on sales now. These options will be issued from time to time to employees for outstanding achievement, in other words they likely go hand in hand with commercial rollout and sales. A few percent dilution for giving employees an extra incentive to make sales and perform to their highest ability is a good thing.

I think you know very well that RF can not be allocated any more shares before selling the total amount agreed in the deal first. It’s fairly obvious that they will maximise their profits by selling when the sp is way above 33p :)

Absolute nonsense! There are not even any plans to issue these shares, they are a small amount of options that can be issued in the future for outstanding employees...

“The Ordinary Shares may be issued from time to time for outstanding employee incentive vested share options not yet exercised.”

Thanks for posting Eureka, this is very exciting… “This time I'm pleased to say that there WILL BE an announcement on the day that the public consultation begins, ie in two days time” …I expected this would probably be the case just as we saw with AIHL, but it’s brilliant to have the confirmation.

And to hear that sales ARE happening in the background, very positive stuff!

Yes it’s good news as it shows that management and employees expect the share price to rise.

Stroke Marker test Consultation begins Wednesday. We all remember what happened on the first day of the AIHL consultation. Hopefully the same again, which would be almost a 100% rise from the current level!

The share price reached 39p on the first day of the AIHL consultation, so same again please. Much larger market for the stroke marker test and we have the best test out there.

The higher the share price rises the better for Riverfort! :)

I don’t think they can sell under 15p but anyway they will make vastly more profit by waiting until 36p and over! No chance will they sell at these low prices with AIHL being rolled out, and the stroke marker test coming next.

Diagnostic consultation for the stroke marker test begins next week. Hopefully we’ll hear something on the first day similar to how we did with AIHL.

There’s no guarantee GST’s application will be accepted, which is why I don’t believe we’ll see a ‘sell on news’ scenario. MCap is still pretty tiny really, so plenty of upside potential.

The 1.7m was a share transfer I think.

Does anybody know anything about WiseMPay? When I heard about the partnership I thought it sounded very interesting, and then I googled it and found a very basic one-page website with no substance or detail about the technology, and also found that the company was dissolved in 2018. It all seems a bit dubious to me at the moment but I’m watching closely.

I must say it seems a bit of a shallow goal for a company to have, what happens if/when they become the first? Listening to their interviews they don’t talk much about long term goals and vision, just about being the first.

Yes looks like a firm base has been built at 1.3, it’ll move up soon.

Almost impossible to buy earlier this morning at 1.35. I was also being quoted way over the ASK for any sizeable amount. That, plus all these derampers tells me all I need to know :)
