Sounds like the issue of new US shares to fund future acquisitions is now company strategy.

DEC will get bigger but long term shareholders will own less of it.

As a matter of interest could you please list KRG’s worldwide assets? I certainly couldn’t! I think Cornwall has more assets than KRG - if it was a company it would be insolvent.

As with all service companies nowadays, moving every year is the only way to get value and service.

If they're as good as they say they'll have optimised the assets already, sucked out the good bits and DEC have bought what's left - seemingly at a high payback and whilst diluting the existing shareholders! Suppose at least we have a load more wells for LVL to cap one day.

Look what happened last time dilution at 105 (old money - so £22 new money) was used to fund an acquisition. How is Share Price today compared with that?

We've been hoping fundamentals will show in a higher price for years now - it still seems a long way away and to my mind won't happen until post a little consolidation, reduction in debt levels, reduction in shares on the market and once new acquisitions and any coherence with current assets flows into the bottom line.

Rusty stated at that saying he was going to use reduced dividend monies to reduce debt, BB shares and fund acquisitions - seems we're only getting one of those.

Last round of dilution to fund acquisition had a pretty monumentally negative impact on share price.

If new shares are valued at less than recent cost of BBs then they’re just throwing money away with poor planning.

No sign of a little consolidation and debt reduction (think that was a promise) then!

Presumably the Artowstreet guys and the JPAM guys all sit around and think F@@k one of us has got this wrong!

I get this was a great share to short anytime from Sep 23 til Mar 24.

I don’t get why the shorts are increasing now when the impact of previous decisions has already been factored into SP and we look to have stabilised at 1050-1200 on current profit / debt / HH price / dividend / interest rates etc.

Can only assume the shorters are all using a similar algorithm to identify share price patterns that indicate a potential share price fall in the near future. They can’t all be adding on human analysis surely?

Wonder what it is specifically in DEC’s case that is over riding the fundamentals. You’d have thought the collapse we’ve seen down to 850 ish would have signalled it’s too late to short here.
