They must have just sucked up the reduced share value else cash or debt would have changed.

They currently slightly exceed mandated targets and don’t need to cap wells that are still producing!

Much more pressing problems to deal with such as communicating post Maverick cash flows and debt pay down in a way that markets believe and trust!

KRG would be happy with a beneficial deal but are content maintaining the push for independence and autonomy, buying oil locally at half market prices and illegally exporting much of this.

IOCs want the deal but only on honest terms that recognise their investment, monies owed and a reliable, profitable, enforceable contract.

Turkey don’t want to pay the fine for “illegal” use of the pipeline.

US pressure might speed up talks on all of the above but it won’t force reconciliations quickly.

If you can’t understand all the above perhaps buy some Premium Bonds.
