Sadly in HUR's case as of now you are 100% correct.

Good COVID examples, NCYT price today now £7.62 !!! moved from about £2.30 in June and SNG still plenty of steam.
GGP, EUA, PMG's and Covid plays have helped me for sure to recover some losses in HUR, still a long way to go, but am getting there.

Main thing is will HUR recover?, it may well do under the new management, but until we see a resolution with respect to Spirit and future drilling plans I cannot see any improvement in the short term.

I do wish all in here the very best of luck as I know how hard it is to have a large paper/actual loss.

After today's RNS the odds of success are even harder for now IMHO, but who knows the price of oil may well escalate over the next 12 months as more producers go bust because of debt. I sincerely hope HUR can ride out the storm and perhaps make one or two conventional oil plays simply to gain some additional revenue.

Oh, and another important point PI's hold 45% of the shares, so if such a rumour were to be true the balance of power would be in PI's hands.

Exact same thoughts ran through my mind and we do have some AIM examples from my own experience eg;, Norseman Gold and Frontera Resources etc and yes this is AIM. Going private and removing a listing makes trading practically impossible as is done via private negotiation etc.

There are also very positive private buyouts by Private Equity , eg ARM whom were purchased by Softbank at £17 a share.

Question is why go private now, if only to shaft shareholders ?

Cannot see it happening in all honesty given all recent RNS's and I do question why Rowka even mentioned it?

Please do some basic Research, read all the RNS's over the past 6 months as a very minimum?

My observations from todays SP actions.

1. My buy early doors was reported as a sell.
2. IMHO there was a concerted attack by MM's on the Jellies to give up their shares and many obliged.
3. I went for a Kip about 3pm and when I awoke the SP was 21% up !
4. Clearly IMO the MM's had an order to fill and how might they achieve that ? normally drop the price again but that tactic wasn't working LOL, so they increased the SP in order to fill their order and once completed lowered the SP down again ready for another session tomorrow?

Which ever way one looks at todays Shenanigans ,all looks very positive. and FOMO will only get stronger, so just sit on your hands and the MM 'swill simply have to raise the SP again in order to try and fill their orders IMHO.

Beware of scam e-mails purportedly from Amazon, EBay, and Paypal, ie you account has now been frozen/closed etc until you validate your details etc.

Simply delete all such e-mails, simple as that, do NOT!!!!! open any links from such e-mails!!!
