Watch these 2 You tube videos, you might well be correct, ie MM's not just creating a market per se, but maximising others interests ie, shorters, hedge funds, II's, etc that are often against PI's interests.

MM's don't give a Monkeys who owns the shares as long as a trade and a commission is earned, no interest in the SP.

We are where where we are right now ,but why apart from the current WC issue, are we not spelling out what our medium strategy is going to be, to get us out this hole?

I do admire your resolute 'Optimism' but for me being in this share for a very long time now and with a sorry paper loss there are only a handful of resolutions that will change my outlook.

1. Spirit Energy-We need to offload their involvement if possible and find a partner whom is willing to invest in the FB story. so far this is NOT happening IMHO.
2. HUR need to spell out what their strategy is going to be in the long term other than saving cashflow and what their long term objectives are, ie are they willing to drill a Lancs 8?
3. HUR should also tell us exactly what issues they are facing re relations with the OGA, they owe us on this score.
4. Is it not about time that Halifax was brought forward?

0.01467 % in placing shares, ie, £10M / 0.225p = 44M shares placed, ie 44/2750(shares issued) = 0.016% of shares placed /total shares in issue or thereabouts?

So why has the SP gravitated towards £0.225?. percentage wise it does not make sense to me?

I also read the revised AOA and yes as you say is all about a revision to meetings, General meetings et al ,and morever the need to acquire flexibityfor meetings most particularly given the CV 19 situation IMHO. SFA to do with dividend payments.

Thanks for your research and posts, very informative indeed.

What worries me though is this..

Have EUA BOD's arrived at the same conclusion as yourself as to resource levels, and more importantly have the interested parties done their DD??

I sincerely hope they have for they will now understand what this all means in terms of value, as I would also hope that would be institutional investors have arrived at a similar conclusion, time will tell on that score. :O)

EUA should employ you mate.
