All depends on the complexities of any ongoing negotiations/review of potential proposed buyer contract, versus review of EUA FSP by DLP etc , and last but not least, a final sale price recommendation by EUA BOD's.

Simple fact is, no one knows how long the whole process might take, but the longer it is we have radio silence, the more intriguing the whole FSP becomes.

Simply means, there may well be other bidders in the backgound, IMHO.

Also if you look at the daily published short tracker many of the companies you mention are not being shorted unless under 0.50%, try it and see for yourself.

Another source of info is Euroclear, ( I think these maybe CFDS. ie Betting shorts etc) but unless you have an account ywith Euroclear you can only see the position as the end of the previous month.

All in all an ex Peed off SXX holder but have not yet have decided to take the GGP plunge. I think you should do some further research in all honesty and look at the strategy of GGP as is clearly stated on their website, and perhaps recognise that the Haverion asset IMO, will create a foothold for further growth in the value of GGP over the coming months.

Ask yourself this, 'What is the chance of the remaining licence/tenaments coming up with zero gold?

For me that chance is small at the moment so I am holding and when the time is right will likely invest more, that is my honest true evaluation on GGP.
