Question For GGP Mining Experts22 Oct 2020 23:04
I dug this article out re SWAG from Oct23rd 2018 re MMI sampling.
https://www.mining.com/greatland-finds-copper-silver-gold-australia-projects-scallywag-target/
My question is , will SWAG be more likely to be Copper rather than Gold intensive given the MMI results as below, and if so what do you think this might this have on the current SP, ie, is there any relation between MMI and actual drilling results?
Thanks
Mobile metal ion (MMI) sampling results, completed in the third quarter, showed Scallywag consists of several magnetic anomalies over a large area of approximately 6km by 4km.
'Highest results returned from MMI sampling included 2750 parts per billion (ppb) copper, 8ppb silver, 0.4ppb gold, 50ppb arsenic, 480ppb cerium and 280ppb lanthanum.'
''The grouping patterns of certain elements, as seen in the MMI response over parts of the Scallywag target, are similar to those patterns seen in MMI and drill assays from the Havieron prospect, the company said.''
What were the Haverion MMI results before they drilled Haverion? and do they bear any resemblance to actual drill results?
