Having watched Anton Kriel video's over the years, I have to say they are very, very.. educational.

I have no doubts whatsoever as to Anton's honesty, and his expertise to give an honest prespective of how the market and market the market makers /brokers actually work, he knows this because he has worked in the industry for so many, many years.

At the end of the day, one must realise that market makers can and will often take positions against the Retail Private investor. Do they have inside information? probably not they rely on fear.

With respect to EUA I would very much doubt it, but they will ply their trade to gain an advantage based upon fear , so do not be frightened by the odd day of a fall in the SP is all I am saying.

Your beginning to sound like Donald, (not that I disagree :O) ) , Deep state and all of that :O) ie I actually think ii investors hate retail investors.

And will rip them to shreds where such an opportunity arises, as seen over the last 2 days, its called the 'Market' is their excuse. In my book it's called collusion and corruption.

At the end of the day whether you are young or old and have CV, and are shown as being asymptomatic, how does that figure into the greater picture?

This new vaccine all good new etc, but has still as yet to be played out until such a time that all are vaccinated and covid free etc.

But what is the point of vaccinating a asymptomatic person?, it won't change anything, it won't free them from CV19.

Result, no real discernable connection whatsoever to EUA.

Ok so you have two choices imho.

1. Take the money now and get your house and over time assuming property prices go up you may just recover what you might have gained by holding on to your EUA shares also because as of now no one knows what a FSP sales price is going to be.

2. Hold out forBlack or Red , whatever you do any IFA that suggests you toss a coin is a complete nutter.

It would be interesting to know if the FSP will be concluded one way or the other by year end.

Has anyone asked EUA that question?

Having read your dilema, and personally being ultra conservative / cautious etc, and that nothing is guaranteed not even a sale of EUA.

I would probably sell 50% as late as possible, but even that goes against an RNS dropping at anytime, and it could literally be anyday now that's the dilema.

So where does that leave you?

Either way you will still have to take a gamble.

If it was me, I would sell 50% if that meant that I could still buy the house, if not you are left with the question ....what is more important to you?

It's all a bit like being on 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire' take the money and run or gamble the next question.
