If I was to apply a value based on potential resources it would be much much higher, (ie, The Rowka Factor) but sadly so far we have had no resource updgrades and why do you think that is?

Further, Resource upgrades are nothing at all to do with NDA's, so for now our BOD's might just well consider an update /RNS. I think they owe us that given the wall of silence, don't you Mac? :O)

I watch DMax programmes , and I think Greenland has a huge potential not just for Gold but Graphite and other minerals et al.

Greenland is very very as yet undiscovered, place, and has huge potentia,l but in all honesty it will take years to come to fruition.

For me, some but not all, of my meagre gains may well end up here :O) DYOR of course as is standard practice.

I consider SAR on parallel with AVCT in many respects but at a much lower cost just right now. Cancer and Covid plays.

Note, from the many sources , Nuclear, Wind, Biomass, CCGT, Hamster Wheel, etc, etc we have a very very long way to go yet before wind fills that gap! Are you ready for a turbine in your back garden?

Nuclear has to be the main backup plan, without that we are severally constrained.

IMO, I think the next stage will be Hybrid's for the next 10 years,followed by a move towards 100 % EV's, but this will not take place until;

1. We have the power generating capacity ( and lets not forget, wind power alone without battery storage on a mass scale will not meet such a demand,
2. I can imagine a scenario of all and sundry trying to recharge their vehicles overnight and then the grid crashes so that when you wake up, no shower, no lights, no toaster :O)
3. Until such time that an average new EV cost, in line with average UK wages is less than £20K , the EV industry will struggle unless heavily subsidised by the UK taxpayer.

Thanks, overall I take that as good news , in that if anything untoward had taken place, ie complete withrawal of a an offer ,then the BOD's are legally obliged to inform the market forthwith.
