I'm thinking an Offer ie Cash price or combination thereof be it a special dividend or combo shares in the 'Offeror' company will be put to shareholders in sufficient detail and then and only then will we be invited to vote on it.

But if it's a sale of MT, ie Asset we will not be asked to vote , no legal need to.

If a sale of the company as a whole, then yes we all get a vote, no question about that at all.

I just had a feeling that there was more to this given the timing of the announcement and awaited news etc, a simple question ASFAIC but some folk cannot comprehend a straight forward question that they deem as being seen as Deramping. Such is the standard of debate these days be it positive or negative etc.

Bottom line, we all have to aid one another in our investment decisions and not to just blindly follow a Rampers Bible.

Further after todays RNS, and the PI interview, Sean mentioned that sacred word, 'Positive Cashflow' now that to me intimates cash flow from our 30% Haverion interes,t and that cash will be most likely be used to further exploration works on other GGP tenaments.

One thing is for sure, if we hear nothing this year re the FSP, we will most definately hear early next year :O) (Just my take)

Now that's not too hard to arrive at, but I am of the opinion one way or another if we don't have an update on the FSP by the end of this year we will definately be updated early 2021.

Why? because the takeover panel will at some point demand an update!

If as in the above RNS a sale of MT is the desired goal of the BOD's, then will this be subject to an EGM? or can the company sell an asset without requiring an EGM?

If its the company to be sold then yes an EGM /vote would be required.

On another note as some have already pointed out, there is no time left now for an EGM so any deal announcement cannot be concluded until next year, agree?

This however does not preclude an announcement of some sort before Xmas, agree?
