First of all,

Alexei was an advisor, NOT a Director.!!!

If he was a Director he would not have been allowed to sell I reckon, under the Takeover Code.

So, you have to ask yourself why he sold?, was he tipped off?

Did he sell in order to buy options?

Is this a grand corrupt plan to fleece us ordinary shareholders out of our shares ? and then some buyer swoops in and then gobbles us all up ?

Bottom line, hold on to your shares, that is what I am doing.

All has not been fully explained by our BOD's, and so far they now owe us.

I fully expect an RNS in the morning!!!
