I think you are correct in your assumptions, if negotiations had broken down....then why announce DL Piper being brought into the ring? makes no logical sense at all to me.

Philip Taylor, God Bless him is still invested, despite selling a mere million and he's obviously confident a sale will take place, that and the engagement of DLP tells me the writing is already on the wall and this will bea successful sale. Whatever the BOD's reccommend I will accept as long of course it is greater than the current SP! :O) of which I am sure it will be.
