Looks like a bit of a sell off today in Pvr and Logp. A bit of an update might be a good idea right enough. 60 days almost since exclusivity arrangement

I listened in as well. Sounds like quite a bit of near term action as well as bigger stuff down the line in 2019. Will hold me shares and see how things develop.

Thank you for those kind words Bear. I have been coming in for a bit of flack lately on lse boards so have made a belated new years resolution not to use the word "cracker" until we have news of a confirmed farmout deal or a go decision for a further drill by the Barry partnership. I think the answer to your question is....most of Lansdowne shares are very tightly held by a number of institutions / directors. They have remained very loyal down the years with negligible divestment of holdings. This in turn caused private investors such as ourselves to hold right and add when finances permit. Obviously the slow pace of negotiation is frustrating. But the prize at the end could be very significant with the prospect of a multi phase development which in time could lead to the lower strata being explored and brought on line. In a go it alone ( no farmout) scenario I feel that the top 5 insti's could easily be persuaded to part with a million each to fund Logp share of the next drill. After all....its only the price of a fairly nice house in Dublin these days....so small change to these guys. Here's to an early outcome to matters in hand and good luck! ..

No evidence at all...what I said was that I feared that......i didn't state it was an actual fact. I don't share your confidence in this consortium as the best candidate to get this project over the line. Total or Cairn would be a hell of a lot better IMO

I reckon this period of exclusivity has been running for at least 49 days now. RNS of 28 December said it came into being"earlier in the month" so 22 December at latest imo. Lots of punters are bailing out of this as they are losing faith in the farmout coming to pass. Who could blame them given all the false dawns? I was slightly disappointed myself that we did not get an update or an outcome by today. The fear is that PVR have got into bed with some potless entity such as MFDEVCO who are punting around the city with the old begging bowl trying to raise project finance capital. The company really need to get this over the line and fast. Im giving them another week at most.

Could be something to do with the remarkably successful CEO we have heading up this company.

Fairly to very good IMO....but we'd be waiting another year for that while Junior creams off another bloody good wadge of money and we wait patiently looking at our losses and year 8 of nil returns. Sure tis a cracker this one....a wee cracker!

An interesting point of view Ranger and I am fully on board with the sentiments. About time there was something in this for the investors !
