I wish I could be relaxed being so down on most of my holdings, this one is fast approaching its October 2020 low of 23 the way its going.
I guess it is somewhat reassuring that over 75% is owned by IIs, but then again its not their own money.

So much for the 44 billion bidding pipeline, 2 months of the year nearly gone, no RNS, no TR1s with a recent change in holdings, no support since mid January. Frustrating to say the least.

Absolutely.. a pound not spent in a restaurant is a pound spent in a high street Supermarket ,not only that I’m guessing as no big lunches out and no holidays there will be funds to perhaps let people spend a little extra on home dinning and enjoy the finer things and who is the top end food retailer !!? M&S ! said this last lockdown I hold stock in M&S. that I paid an average of 235 and am not worried if there is a hospitality lockdown before 2022 I honestly believe this to be a good investment and I for one will not even consider a sell under 295 …I also hold Tesco .

Last week couldn't stay above 30, this week its 29, markets do not want this to bounce at all.
That's why this for me needs until 2023 to really show in the numbers that it is turning around.

Putin has just escalated, markets going to crash tomorrow, sanctions probably will be introduced now as he's just broken international law.
I'm writing off this year now, going to be a torrid time the next few months. Only 10k down on pfc which is one of my largest holdings, the other large holdings I have I'm 80k down, going to get a lot worse than that I think.

I hope you're right dixywrecked but personally I'm bracing for a bloodbath this week, covid a d restrictions seems to have been the least of the markets worries recently, Ukraine, inflation and interest rates are now the markets top priority.
The only good news I can muster is that even if CPI is hammered down by 25%, we will still be in the 20s !!

Wouldn't be so sure of that, Putin is about to address Russian nation and its expected he may recognise the 2 areas of Eastern Ukraine that are held by pro Russian separatists.

Maybe when there's war, it will rocket!!

Funny how the UT is a buy when it didn't even reach 110.90 until after 4.25.
Must be 1 large fill order so was walked down to fill that.

It's an awful time to be fully invested in equity markets, my current choices are sell at considerable losses, or try and accept that I may be in the red for a significant period, certainly this year I think.
Some might say sell now and buy back cheaper, others would say just hold tight and ride it through for as long as it takes, and just hope none go bust!
It's not isolated to CPI, some of my sticks are 5% down today alone.
Personally I think that until there have been several Fed rate hikes and markets get used to it, and either diplomacy prevails or there is a war, and again markets get over it, we will have extreme volatility each month for a while yet.
It sucks!

I'm looking at this as another 18 month play now.
I'm fearing that there could be more extreme volatility in the markets for a few more months, if its not war its inflation and interest rates.
I'm too heavily invested in four stocks all of which are down, and as painful as it is to watch your capital consistently erode on paper, doing
nothing is probably the best play as I don't need the money right now.
What I have learnt over the last 10 months in particular is, that everytime I have sold a stock to average down on one of my big four, the one I sold starting rising! Hindsight!

My 3 largest holding gs, CPI, MKS and NTWK are all heavily down, currently sitting on 80k paper losses, and they just all keep falling, I'm so stressed about it.
Writing this year off now and if they recover somewhat, great. Hope you're right.

Hopeless, I can see this going down to mid 20s.
Huge holding at 35, nothing can give this a boost its shocking.

The recent increase is 0.1 % which is less than 1.64 million shares in context, hardly a game changer really, but there are probably several others below 0 5 at work also.
The only thing that gives me comfort is there a large goverment contracts in play and being renewed, and there has never been any reports of liquidity issues or the company in financial trouble.
Possibly another year of this until real turnaround improvements are seen in the numbers.

Now they've got this below 30, they're going to keep it there.
It's demoralising to now know whatever positive news is released is ignored.
Wouldn't be surprised if this ends red today which will say it all.
Half year results were excellent, but December update was a lot more downbeat and excuses for missing targets were being thrown out.
It's a horrendous share to have held since last March if you aren't trading.

Looks like mms want keep this as a 20 something stock now.

With the reaction of a significant contract renewal and the recent trustmarque disposal, if the results are not fantastic, this will get hammered.
Markets are completely ignoring any positive news for this company.
