Are the big sells still going through today?
This just can't seem to rise right now.
Is it the fact that it should be rising but isn't falling that the large sells being evened out?

If this is still happening today, dread what will happen after the US report their inflation on Thursday.
Everytime I've bought in its dropped more, why aren't the others like for like being hit like this.

It just seems something in the December update caused this to tank and completely changed sentiment again.
The progress in the Experience section, which they said caused by attrition on contracts, and o going impact by covid look like the only things I could see, plus the downbeat tone compared to August. And it got hammered.
The simplification of the business into 3 divisions was only announced last March but according to some on here that was plan b. So theoretically it is early in its transformation.
Revenue growth in the other division was reported in December, and the portfolio division selling off assets is ahead of plans.
So why does the city hate this share so much?
Could it be concerns about inflationary issues possibly impacting the salaries they will have to pay in a mainly people focused business?
Not really affecting Serco though.

Keep hearing on the news today about bumper holiday bookings for this summer, it just seems that this has been dragged down significantly more than supermarkets, Next, yet its transforming extremely well as forecast.
A dividend reinstatement would make all the difference.

It's demoralising watching your capital erode by thousands every day, really is.
Currently 27k down and it just seems it increases every day, some criticise me for saying I'm never selling at a loss, especially not one so large Currently, and say that's a bad I vestments strategy.
But I can't see what other than super results will change market sentiment on this.
They returned to interim profit and forecast growth in August, but the share price is now significantly lower than it was before that update.

Didn't the company still report a 19 mill profit last year, according to fundamentals on here?
The experience transformation is in an earlier stage, they only announced the new structure last March, surely a company that still made profit with the revenue going through is worth more than 15p 50% drop?

The previous email I posted also refers to CPI being an easy target and certain media outlets reporting inaccuracies.
Yesterday it seemed to hold up quite well which was surprising.
Possibly the mention by the BOE of wage spike is never going to go down well with a people centred business.
Also no RNS for the new appointments to capita experience which was the struggling division in the last update, I just hope they actually report Paul down debt or the markets will assume used as working capital. That wouldn't go down well.
I'm also way down on network international which is quite highly shorted. The recent trading updates have been excellent, last 2 times, but yet just hit 52 week low.
It is a horrible time to be fully invested in the UK stock market, bar a few.

As long as you don't need to sell, then eventually things will turn, but it sucks to see your capital erode each day.
MNS is 100% transforming, but probably like this is an easy target to punish.

Just having a torrid time with 90% of my investments right now, I don't need to sell any of them but I am heavily in 4 stocks which are all well down, and feel very exposed.
All four of them including this I started with reasonable amounts in, but have consistently averaged down and ended up with too much invested in each share. Shows what I don't know about buying in at anywhere near the bottom.

We’re in a close period and preparing for our results and we’ve just announced another disposal in line with our strategy and for a decent price. We’re a bit more volatile than other stocks for the reason I pointed out below but most of the companies in our sector are down in January. I don’t think Schroders are selling very much, and they now have over 20% of us, but if there are sellers out there then there aren’t many buyers ahead of results.

I'm too heavily in and too down to do anything, 300k shares at 39. Really starting to worry me now, no funds to average down, did that already. This share sucks.

With all the daily bad news coming in, what other bad news could PFC be facing?
The only things I can think of are another SFO fiasco which we know won't happen, or no contracts from ADNOC.
What else could go wrong now?
