The only thing really positive I read there was debt target of 1.5-2 by q1 25.
Apart from that it was pretty much as expected.
No chance of 10-20% rise.

Everytime it settles somewhere then it sits in a very tight trading range.
It happened earlier this year at 140, 139-140
it happened at 127, then at 122 before x dividend now 116-117.
It's either something we don't know, or the market sending a clear message.

That is my thinking too and which led to the Liberium downgrade. They stated by selling the US to deleverage they felt was the way forward.
They need to do something because the market is clearly telling NEX " this is what you're worth " period the way things are.
It was even so predictable that once the market was able to knock 5% off the SP on x dividend date, that is where the price would remain regardless of any positive market days.

Come on Apollo, over you come.

They invested 300 million April 2019, 9% stake at over 500.
Will they be happy with that loss after investing in this strategic partnership?
Can they block the takeover?
Could they swoop?

Anyone who invested 2 years ago at around 300 would be excused for having lost patience here, quite frankly for such a well run, and highly regarded company, the performance for shareholders is awful.
Not me I might add as I'm only about 10% down, but this has to be in the top 10 worst performers in the FTSE 250 over 2 years if I were to guess.
Friday and today have been good days personally with THG, NTWK and 888, but this is my core holding FFS.

Can't see it moving much on TU if they're inclined to accept 387?

And they wonder why no one wants to list here anymore, and why UK companies are being sold off. This would be double in the US.

I was thinking Mastercard too, they hold about 50 million shares, they're not getting mine at 7% discount today, taking the pee. WG group are trading a lot closer to their offer

TU the last few years has been approx 2nd week in May.
Really they could have purchased after the FY update in early March, and I was surprised that none did the day after Liberium took 10% off the share price with their sell downgrade, unless of course they couldn't for another reason.

I've no intention of selling these even when I'm in profit, which is only 10% away on all 3 tranches I have.
Made that mistake b4 selling too early.
I'm just questioning why a new CFO after his first results presentation, which was received very well by the market until Liberium screwed that up for us, wouldn't buy some shares to back up his strategy.
I find it all very odd the way the share price seems on a tight rein, both ways I might add, it almost looks like it's priced in a specific way and is nit allowed to move on good days.
The daily chart each day looks like a heart monitor.

That's what I don't get LG, why hasn't the new CFO Stamp bought any shares, even the other new BOD member Helen Weir made a token good will purchase of 30k shares in September last year ?
Would be interested to know if pokerchips finds that odd?

The adjusted loss was stated as a result of the Alsa goodwill impairment due to higher gilt prices and the impact on debt payments.
Imo we need gilt yields to come down further.

A peed off moaner maybe, but not a panic seller, I've accumulated 105k of these now accross different accounts, and although I don't have sleepless nights over NEX for the reasons you mentioned, I'm really baffled by how this performs, it almost feels like it's being tightly confined and I don't get why the new CFO didn't buy some shares after the FY update.

I just don't get it how the market is seeing this, and the extremely tight trading ranges it stays in.
Plus no director buys, why ?
Look at 888 today, huge debt 1.7 billion , no dividend announced but earning forecast to increase despite revenue forecast to decrease. Result up 20%.
Nexs earnings are forecast to grow, revenue is forecast to grow, they're paying a dividend, and their revenue is significantly more than 888.
So what is it about NEX that the market dislikes so much.

I knew this would be the new trading range, like I said Ftse down Nex down, ftse up Nex down.
This share sucks.
