I was half expecting another contract today, a sharp rise up and then a capital raise announcement tomorrow at a higher price.
So now hopefully it will just be a repeat of what's been said with a strong outlook, and if we're really lucky beating profit Warning expectations!!

I've just set a sell limit order on my entire holding for 150.
My hope is one my shares can't be loaned to shorters, and 2 if they are out on loan then my broker now needs to buy them back as I've set a sell order.

Exactly Paddyboy, what more could they do to get some recognition from UK MMs.
WG should never have been 150 after the sale of the division to pay down their debt. And as expected and predicted in the open letter by the activist investor, a pe has swooped.
Could be worth 3 times that in 3 years.

Well this is the problem with the UK market, when mms and the LSE are valuing and pricing UK companies like NEX at a third of what they were when the doors were shut in January 21, why is not expected.
If companies were priced more favourably like their US peers, then companies like WG wouldn't be swallowed up by PE.

The deja vu bit for me is why NEX was 330 early 21 when no one was using them and its a third now during a period of growth, work that out!!

LG it was just a polite fishing exercise saying about speculation and discussions about BOD purchases, asking if post FY was closed etc
Also asked them to comment on Liberiums suggestion to deleverage through the US division etc

I'm just saying really, I'm happy with my average accross 3 tranches, highest is 10% above current price, but people on here were saying what a bargain and buying opportunity first when it went sub 2 quid, then again at 170 etc etc.
It just keeps getting bashed by the market and brokers.
The market is supposed to reward well run forward thinking and growing companies, and yet we are not far off THGs price, 4 profit warnings the last year, loss making and losses widening, etc etc.
I'm just saying it's a hard hold this.

Understood on that point, but why was it a closed period post FY update?

And has anyone considered emailing IR asking if they are in takeover talks which may be a reason for no BOD buys, due to speculation on boards.
May result in one of those rns " due to speculation in the media we can confirm we have been approached " etc etc

Assuming that even the director sell for tax reasons on 17th March isn't permitted if insider dealings are occurring, then what was to stop J Stamp or any others buying after the full year update on March 2nd?
And I am not sure how that ties in with the awards RNS at the end of the month?
I can't see what would have prevented a token purchase ?
And we keep making excuses for NEX relating to macro, economy etc etc, it's not stopping other stocks also in travel and leisure gaining some momentum. IAG, Mitchell butlers, First group, compare FSG 6 months and 1 month compared to this.

And they wonder why no one wants to list in this farce of a market anymore.

It did read very monotone and not very punchy.
And again if no directors buy now, that can only mean they're not totally confident, or they just can't for reasons unknown.
I want to see the CFO buy a wad of shares now.
