Hi Christophe. I would add the context of what is the profile \ makeup of the market at the moment. In my view it largely consists of PIs and a fair few day traders \ short term holders. This should theoretically fundamentally change if IIs join the party and if I am correct with that logic, the question is what event triggers the ability of fund managers to take an appropriate holding. I am hoping for stage 2 but time will tell.
In term of stage 2 I am not expecting an announcement tonight as part of the update other than progression towards it with latest drill results. My reasoning being that commencement of stage 2 should warrant a market release on its own merits. If it coincides with the quarterly update I would be delighted!

In my personal opinion the key to paraphrase GH is when do II,s enter the scene? Once decent volume is purchased and held then the SP will rerate. This could easily do 50% within weeks once that happens in my view.

There is such a disconnect between news, potential and SP movement. Until IIs join the party and bring some stability backed by analysis rather than sentiment and PI games, I suggest you focus on the facts and potential to base your investment strategy unless you are a successful daytrader.

The 10% ers will be hoping for a quick drop so they can buy in to sell on news this week. What a stressful life. I feel far more relaxed watching the story unfold, good news following good news.

Unfortunately or fortunately - you pick, this stock will most likely attract the 10% ers in the next few days, driving the price forward and irrespective of how good the news is they will head to the hills upon news coming out, creating the usual volatility and scratching of heads on the BB. I hope that I am wrong and we see a sustained rise but unless we have confirmation that stage 2 is underway I doubt it purely based on what has happened in the past. I am not being at all negative as this is all to do with short term pi behaviour and nothing to do with the enormous potential here. I very much hope that I am wrong but I am prepared and will not be surprised if history continues to repeat here for a few more weeks.

Jambo. Nothing that I can see in NC history of deals portray them as anything other than playing with a straight bat in their dealings with other companies. They are on a global stage for gold miners - they will not want to have a reputation for shafting junior explorers that help create the seed corn for their part of the gold production life cycle. That would play into the hands of competitors for future negotiations. Whilst every company has an eye on bottom line, this is no longer the gold rush days of back stabbing in my view. If you have evidence of sharp play however please feel free to share.
As for MM games - they will react to market demand - yes they can play games to collect in short time periods which can see limit orders triggered, but sustained buying will see a rerate and for the we need the deep pockets of institutions who in turn need this farm in to have a higher level of certainty and that is what is being proved up in the background. Of course we have the other prospects as well and as part of the farm in NC have first rights of refusal - all looks very harmonious between the 2 BoD's from my perspective.

I see that NC released a market update for Cadiz phase 1.....safe to assume then that they will do the same for Haverion phase 2 when this occurs. News can drop at any time!

That would be a shame but who knows what another leader can bring to the party. AHO has steered this group through choppy waters but there is still a big job to do in delivering digitalisation and maintaining and increasing the div in a low interest rate environment.

Of course Caterham and thanks. I have been on this journey a while and as with my kids I occasionally get the names wrong. My point still applies however.

Do not underestimate the underlying strength in the capital markets that a continued association with Newmont if this proceeds into production, will be afforded to GGP. Whilst junior mini g companies might struggle I don't think this applies to the size of Newmont and remember where Haverion is.....one the most stable mining friendly countries in the world which significantly derisks from a lenders perspective.
