The technology the Newcrest is applying is amazing and of course it all goes towards safety and reducing the operational costs of extraction. There are some great videos on the Youtube Newcrest channel about what they do in and for the community - this is a company that understands the importance of having a social and environmental conscience - the more I learn about Newcrest the more impressed I am and the more lucky I feel that we are, being in partnership with them.

Is this a reference to the share options for employees? If so there are various option prices - see note 16 to the June 2019 Financials. Yes this would create some mild dilution but remember at the same time that they have to pay for these shares and therefore the cash in the Bank will increase so not a one way street and frankly I am delighted with the BoD performance and they deserve everything coming to them - without them we wouldn't have GGP and the dreams that we have invested in the company.

Stout. The handcuffs will come off the IIs at some point depending on their internal risk governance and appetite. There will be a cascade of IIs as the state's are reached and resource size proven. The multiples are to be made now but there will still be money to be made further down the line as well. So glad I don,t have to deal anyone's opinion of permission (ok...I did mention to my missus!) ...it would be so frustrating having to sit on your hands at the moment not being able to invest.

Any serious investor will now place GGP several notches higher given the JV with NC.

MS. The risk of any hostile take over is small, very small. Junior explorers create the seed corn for miners like NC. The message to the industry would be to keep clear in the future. The mining industry by its very nature is a long term play. In terms of any short cuts from NC these will not happen. The terms of the JV are clear in terms of minimal spend and We are starting to understand the true benefit of having GH leading the dream team here....that was a shrewd deal preventing any short cut scenario and ensuring we get true value be it for 5 or 30%.
In terms of risk in my view at the moment, consider the minimum that you believe Newcrest will proceed to mine....consider the worst case scenario for price in the ground and what 5% of that could give us as a war chest to move the other Patterson projects through the value chain. Form your own conclusions. I am more comfortable with my investment and long term expectation than at any point over the last 3 years.

Nice one Paddy - this will give many who have signed off now something to salivate over tomorrow! I 100% agree with your comment about the presentation and then dud results - not a chance in hell! This might not stop the sell on news brigade next week because an element will not care about the long term gains to be made here - each to their own! Next week will hopefully give some II analysts the evidence to go to their investment governance committees for the green light here!

Have you checked against images from a couple of years ago spin? - there looks like a new black dot but if it the same one then images from a couple of years ago show it up but in a light shade - I guess time will tell!

Not sure there is a requirements for this BVI company to register accounts as it is not a regulated financial services company but I could be wrong. The positive for me is the skin in the game as you say. The non exec selling a small holding today in lieu of a salary has some excited but not me.

As we wait for next week's curtain to be drawn back I was trying to work out (with my zero geo knowledge) where I would spend my next drilling dollar. I plumped foe Eastern Project of Black Hills based on historic broad based drilling results and proximity to Telfer. Any other thoughts? Someone will now tell me the GH has announced already where they will be heading and I will have missed the interview!

In lieu of salary salary and 5k. Not giving it a second thought other than should I top up......
