Hi timid. So just for fun how would you calc metal in ground to get to a 10p sp? The variables being total ozs and price in the ground, plus the exchange rate of course. Would you use a % of au price or just a flat $x?

If you think 20p, you will be needing a lot more than 10myn ozs plus almost certainly some other prospects to come in. Based on where other companies trade based on metal in the ground.
Not impossible, but not basis ‘just’ 10myn ozs.

A few questions:
Presumably a man portable rig is pretty small. Anyone know how deep it can go?
Does this kind of rig not need water, so no water permit needed? Or do they have a water permit?
In the go for gold strategy, how close does this take Blanca to being mined?

My theory fwiw is that AL overplayed her hand. She demanded a promotion/board seat and NM didnt have anyone to replace her so he agreed. She then proved she was overpromoted and when Ingo came on board, NM realised that he could do that job as well as his own. So he dumped her.
Probably nonsense but it is at least possible!

Addicknt/DBW. It was never a board level job. I cant think of any company where there is an IR person on the main board. So I assumed that there was another masterplan. Maybe she threatened to quit, got a board seat but the issue didnt go away, so she went anyway.
I have asked NM about the change in communication style from last year to this. Its so obvious that I think it needs an explanation. I cant see it being Anna's idea so it must have come from NM. He ought to realise that PIs need feeding with regular updates otherwise they get bored.

I will go out on a limb and say that I liked her, thought she did a good job and will miss her. Not sure the position was ever a main board appointment so was a little surprised about that. First time I have ever had a good rapport with an IR person, ever.

Thanks indeep. From what you say twice as many rigs would do the job in half the time, assuming rigs and personnel available.

I wonder what the impediments are to drilling twice or three times 'as fast as you can'? Is it rigs, equipment, crew, assay analytical services, geologists or something else?

It would be pretty crazy for Barrick not to be looking at Solgold/Alpala. They both have what the other needs. One has a lot of copper (plus gold which they are experts in) and the other has a lot of development cash. Seems a no brainer if they can agree terms.... Maybe thats todays rise, but does look like we have a buyer today.
