Corradus, I tend to add in the director options regardless of the strike price, as we all assume that we will be way north of that, otherwise we wouldnt be here. These options arent calculated in the shares in issue at the moment, as they arent shares.

Addicknt, your generosity knows no bounds! Well I suppose it does really - 75p. I think there might be sellers cheaper. For instance you can have mine for 25p! Now if I could just go to sleep for 3 months, I think this will be seen as a steal, but if not then we just have to tough it out. Might get worse, might not.

For those who keep banging on about the price, as we are quoted in £, you should look at the £ price of Au, and its hardly budged in last 3 days.
Of course at this stage it really doesnt matter much as we arent (and wont be) producing Au for ages, if at all.

Quite. You cant really short this stock as there is no borrow. Obviously anyone would be certified if they tried but that is another point. Just calling Mr Evans out for spouting stuff that he knows nothing about. The best thing for me to do is filter him and then he wont have me calling him out again! My bin is getting full.

Deas I don’t look at it like that cos I have no idea what the costs are. I try to estimate what a sale could go for at usd per oz in the ground, mainly cos I think it will be sold on that basis. However I am no expert....

GH said the cu was worth 0.8g per ton au equiv. since then we have had much higher cu results. I think we could be talking over 3G/T overall.

Deas most people use 2.7mt per cu metre and mining maven use 3.
Still, double the ore, the much better grades should get us >2g per ton and the higher au price should help the price in the ground be more than$200.

Hi Corradus, I do have a view but its not that helpful. Cost in the ground can be arrived at if one knew the cost of getting it out of the ground, local taxes, transport to the market etc. So Telfer should be a big plus and the WA tax regime should be well understood with all the other activity in the state. Unless and until some expert opines on the cost of extraction we are just guessing. I presume that starts with the MRE and progresses through PFS and DFS. The complexity of one mine to another can obviously be quite different and I doubt whether anyone knows whether this is better or worse than an other. Of course the HG zone helps a lot. I am not a geologist nor a mining engineer, so maybe someone who is can help, but my guess is that atm thats all it is, a guess. If I use $100 and you use £320, my guess is that probably covers the range!

Corradus, I use 4206 for fully diluted share in issue. There are some board options and a success payment to the previous owner of the licence.
I prefer to go the route of the dimensions x 2.7mt per cu m. This involves more variables like the grams per ton and the price in the ground. But if one agrees with your £320 per oz in the ground (which I think is way too high for an estimate) then your calcs are correct imho. I prefer to use US$2-300 when I want to get excited and $100 when I dont. But there is no penalty on this site for dreaming!

Corradus, you will need to show us your workings for us to pick holes in it. Usual mistakes are 1) we only have 30% of Hav and 2) need to convert into £.
