So in the rns on Monday they had changed the wording but the presentation pdf still had the old words. So something changed last week!
Can’t find anything on the website that uses the old wording....

I guess NM will probably quit if this happens. Too embarrassing. Maybe the excellent GGP can take it over as they have no delusions of what they bring to party.

Sorry MS I wasn’t having a go at you per se, more the people invoking sxx, a failed company that was saved from bankruptcy by a company who was buying an option for ten years down the line. I presume the high volume atm is due to people getting out or in for the end game. Volumes always rise when there is a t/o.
Anyhow nothing to do with a quality company like ggp who has a saleable product to mine, a well funded partner, a non hubristic management and a sympathetic government to name just four things different.

As for sxx, **** company, management and product. Wasted a fortune digging a big hole when no market. 5.5p was 5.5p too much imo.
Absolutely no comparison to ggp except aim, which a convenient but nonsensical stick to beat ggp with.

Just bombard the management with emails, I think that eventually will get through.

A lot of chat today about the lack of news and GH is in some kind of purdah. I think we have had a lot of great communication and news from GH already. The trouble is the more he communicates the more people expect him to do more.
March will be a very newsy month, but we are only 3 1/2 trading days in. Plenty of time, plenty of news, so self isolate, watch a box set and by the end of the month you could be a bit richer/less poor!

A few people have discussed whether GH will farm out Scally (or any other prospect) before doing any drilling. If it were just a case of risk/reward one would farm out anything you werent confident about and drill anything you were.
Based on all the excitement the management have wrt Scally (Kraken) and Goliath, it would be pretty surprising to see them farm them out ahead of any drilling. Unless it was as a sweetener for some other part of a larger deal - or just a great offer of course.
So my bet is on 5-15 holes in the big ones before any discussions.

Plus there are about 250million options outstanding. I think the warrants to the driller DDH have expired. Any more anyone knows about?
I had the fully diluted shares as 4206, but that doesnt appear to add up, as I only get to 4050.

If everyone who complains about the company and the missed deadlines, sent Eliza or the board an email, our feelings might get a hearing. Not sure it would change much but at least they might apologise at the next presentation. At the moment its like they dont care.

Pretty sure bhp bought a hell of a lot more at 45 than 22. I would guess their average is about 40. Even higher than mine!

Owlo you are right, better for us that the warrant holders exercise and the company gets the cash and we don’t suffer dilution. I use the fully diluted share number anyhow.
Didn’t understand schlemiels point about warrants but maybe not important.

Just because the warrants are exercised it doesn’t automatically follow that the shares are sold.
Obviously logic would suggest that they would be, but if we just used logic then they wouldn’t have been exercised in the first place!

Hi Chester. If it was me I would like to apologise. My intention was to say that no person with any understanding of options would exercise warrants before they sold all their shares. So either they have sold out of shares or they are ignorant about the value of options. This will remain my view until the expiration date but in a small company like ggp it takes all sorts!

Arnie, I did attend agm which is probably before you had ever heard of ggp. GH said they didn’t NEED any funding this year but prudence would suggest they might go for something mid year. So for once you might have guessed right.

Arnie I think that you will find that a higher gold price improves the cash flow of NC and they bought red Chris out of cash flow last year. Don’t think NC need equity or debt finance.

Who knows how anything will start tomorrow let alone end the week but don’t think the weekend dow/ftse is very liquid so probably not the most reliable indicator .
