Show me. Actually you have done something wrong, as the gravity is 2.7 or 2.8 not 2. So your input is low. My spreadsheet comes up with answers that get higher than mickeys, so I tend to assume that the mineralisation won’t be 100% - but then you could probably raise the grade to 3g. But the sp will rarely trade at your answer. But equally that means there is a zero valuation on scally, Goliath etc etc. Which means we are cheap imho.

I am sorry but if you really think this is dilution than you are using the wrong amount of shares in issue for your calculations. All the warrants and options are so far in the money that they will ALL be exercised at some point, so you should only use the fully diluted number which is around 4206.
The issue isnt the number of warrants or options exercised but the number of shares sold. But the directors have the same right to sell as each and every one of us - so long as they arent insiders of course!

Morning all. Just to say that I met NM about 21 months ago at Mines and Money and had about 15mins with him and the Chairman. Cant say that I particularly warmed to the bloke. I thought he was rude, offhand, dismissive and really bristled when I challenged some of his answers. I put that down to either jetlag, the desire to be with someone (anyone) else, or just the general fact that he didnt enjoy these sort of meetings. The chairman on the other hand was very good in the meeting.
Now I dont need to like the management that I invest in, but I do need to trust them. He seemed well liked by his subordinates and they werent intimidated by him. but I wouldnt be surprised if he didnt bully those who didnt toe (his) party line. You are either full on in with him or you are out.
On balance I decided that as he had a vision, was very certain in his views, really knew his subject, was well respected by his peers, I would stick with him. The jury is still out as to whether that was a wise decision, but I wouldnt bother trying to meet him again. I am not sure I trust the bloke either, and that is a big issue for me. Just my opinion though. I am sure he is loved by many.

There isn’t any real difference between options and warrants. That might not help much if you don’t understand options though!!

Evening mushy. There are often numerous MREs. Solgold are on their third so it’s an evolving process. Initially it appeared that NC were in a rush to get one out basis the arcuate.
