Thanks Leverda, some good points on the gold aspects which i did not touch on. I was primarily discussing the lith financing deal, but certainly the gold aspect is heating up. Evenmore so when linking in the AGM comment that KOD had received an offer last year. Interesting times.

Having jumped in and out of Kod during the .21 - .27 opportunity, i think im ready to buy back in. The financing deal soon to be announced imo will likely see a 50%-100% rise on day of RNS release (based solely on my experience and speculation). We are obviously not privvy to any detail so left to speculate on those percentages.
I can see the SP being relatively level for the majority of 2023 post RNS, with interest increasing late 23 ahead of a 2024 golive.
I personally believe 2024 will be KODs year and shareholders will reap the rewards of buying in at these prices and sitting on their hands. Fantastic opportunity here as ive always said. As Lav has mentioned to me before, those that dab in and out could miss any Takeover SP rises, so something for investors/traders to bear in mind. GLA, and thanks to the regular posters which i quietly continue to read.

Cos / Watcher - did you watch and read about the news release relating to Nuclear Fusion?
I think if this gets off the ground, renewable energy as we know it will become defunct and battery storage becomes even more large scale.
Many years from commercial roll out but certainly one I see my children being a beneficiary of.

SP Needs fuel..... Last official update was nearly 1 month ago.
Also pretty cheesed off GR agreed with a shareholder last year during a stockbox type interview that he should RNS the Li3 project and that exploration was well underway with a drill on site. Still not heard anything.
GR - updates on Zulu pilot, Assays, Suzhou meeting, Li3, AOB please.

I said this weekend that we would see .6 this week and we’re already nearly there. Likely to see .6 today.
Anyone know what L2 showing like? Any near term resistance points?

A contentious subject Fc. The reason being is Prem have not completed the DFS and therefore can not define exactly what is in the ground (Priority was generating revenue during high SC6 contract pricing- which was a good decision imo). Therefore difficult to put a value on it without DFS. What i can say is Arcadia went for $422m when the SC6 price was half of todays price. We believe Zulu to hold much more lithium than Arcadia but this is a collective of opinions. As stated, with no DFS we cant be sure.
Id have a stab in the dark at circa $600m -> $1bn without DFS, but that's purely based on my collective opinion. Im sure many would disagree and contest this but that's my 2 cents worth.
I would be interested to hear others thoughts on this though? Alert/Profit/Acker/Snow???

Steward - really good point. I suspect whilst evaluating Prem you could clearly see he was also evaluating Zimbabwe as a whole (infrastructure/people/resources/etc). Perhaps indeed he is thinking of investing in Ackers Refinery. Possibilities could be:
* Prem Pilot expansion/2 funding (to expedite build and get equipment on order from Stark)
* Prem EPO exploration funding (To bring EPO mining to fruition in coming years)
* Zim/African Refinery
* Interest in Prems exploration with Li3 Resources (to expedite PFS/FS/DFS/Pilot)
* Zulu buyout
* Prem buyout (unlikely imo)
* Relationship building with Zim government to allow his other companies a door into Zim
The list goes on, but what i will say is that from what we have seen and heard, it can only be positive for Prem.
SP hits .58 maybe breaks .6 this week i think. Especially if RNS states Prem are now a mining.
GLA, may we be rewarded for our patience by the bucket load.

Alert - I love the fact that Pei is discussing the fact he is considering expanding his investment.
This should absolutely send share holders heart racing and attract more investors. I wonder at what point the market will wake up and see that PREM is not a pipe dream, but a hugely undervalued gem!
Fantastic visit, great media, I would however like to see the latest update of Zulu build RNS’s stating on time and on track + the official start of mining. This will make it real for many.

Really nice to see the move today. Also great to see social media alight with #PREM again. All good stuff for making people aware of how close we are.
Steward - I was in CLON, but left once I investigated DLE and how bespoke and difficult to tailer to each brine lake it was.
Really hoping we see a re-rate on Prem next week. An official RNS to say mining could be a small catalyst to draw in new investment.

Correct Roman. This info is from the reporter who took and shared the photo. I can’t seem to find a picture to verify it but it would make sense why GR was perky and cancelled all of his plans.
