I think predictions are great. It offers an insight into other investors minds sometimes opening the door to streams on knowledge you didn’t factor into your predictions. Imo that’s the purpose of the BB.
It’s only a problem when others read these predictions and take them as gospel, and get upset if expectations are not met.
Snowking - I tend to agree with your predictions… However I believe Point 3 will add more value than you estimate and then I believe the next major value adding milestone which I believe you missed, is the month that Suzhou debt is officially paid off AND Prem recieve their first full 100% revenue from a SC6 delivery. This for me is the big one!
All imo, and the earlier this happens the better for holders and Prem!

Some good questions there too. I hope they take note and add some of these answers into the RNS.
Question 1 is really important for investors state of mind. The point at which PREM officially announces the start of the stripping/mining investors can start to think of Prem as a mining company, not just an exploration company.
Next key milestone being the startup of sortation and understanding efficiency.
With Brandon saying ‘no delays’ just over a week ago, I expect not much should have changed since then… but seeing it an RNS is most important!

Goldman sachs likely to have egg on their face imo:

Lithium giant Albemarle has raised its forecast for future lithium demand by more than 15 per cent and signalled it would expand its Australian mines to supply the lithium needed for the world to rapidly adopt electric vehicles.
But Mineral Resources swiftly provided a reminder on Wednesday that expanding mines in Western Australia is easier said than done, revealing that expansion of its Mt Marion lithium mine had been delayed by labour shortages and equipment delays, forcing a 17 per cent cut to this year’s export target.

I’m really trying to remain positive here, but I can’t hide how frustrated I am with the news and media release.
It’s so poor to not properly update during this crucial time, and to send out pictures showcasing progress from weeks ago…. It gives the wrong impression and no doubt putting off investors.
The longer the silence continues the more premdrift we will see.
I also believe that PREM should absolutely be progressing the RUS. I understand that Suzhou will be solely focused on prem getting SC6 out of the ground, but I expect Prem to think more holistically than that.
Strong hold for me here… knowing Prem, it will just randomly move up quickly with no clear catalyst…. #premlife

Acker/Plas - yeh the ‘missed the boat’ comment was cringe. I think he instantly regretted saying it and tried to recover it by saying more money to be made (or to that effect)
Quite strange.
In review of the video, I have to say, I’ve been left with more questions than answers. Also very poor that only two investor questions were aired. Questions should have been publicly answered… after all, That’s the point of recording the session.
I plan to hold my position but won’t be adding until I get more reliable, relevant information via RNS.

Acker - the 12 month payback was the standout comment for me. I wonder if they are using a conservative £3k pt contract price for SC6. I know other juniors are using £2k pt on some business cases, which seems excessively low to me.
Current SC6 is circa £5.5-£6k now I believe. Even with the 10% Suzhou discount we’ve got to be looking at £5k pt.
Even at 4K tonnes pm that’s £20m.
Strip out a massive 50% for royalties and mining costs it’s still just 4 months payback…. I just don’t get how they get anywhere near 12months.
Or
Has GR learnt from setting high expectations and he’s instead setting low expectations with the plan to smash it out of the park.

Cos - You comments are realistic and i agree we wont see a re-rate until first shipment of SC6 or RUS. I believe that anyone who has looked at the data thus far and forsee's Prem will do well is more than likely already invested (such as us). Other people will be waiting for more facts/less risk which is also understandable.
Im confident long term, but frustrated at the lack of communication to shareholders at this crucial time.

Really interesting times here. I am somewhat surprised SP isn’t higher at this stage but many may be waiting to see if Prem hit their first shipment targets. If they do, I foresee a rerate followed by further strengthening once load repayed in full.
In the meantime, some investors will continue to strengthen at this price which looks good value imo.
GR does need to update soon though. 5weeks at this crucial stage with no update isn’t good enough I’m afraid.

I suspect we may get an update tomorrow, as GR likes his Friday RNS. I think it’s unfair at this stage in the process to claim GR makes the SP go down when all he says is ‘on track on budget’
This for me is simply shareholder trading against old patterns. Maybe previously his comments drove SP down, but that’s not true any more.

Nice to see the positive news Snowking. All of these things that feed into high Lith prices are becoming more and more important as they directly relate to to monthly SC6 price Prem and Suzhou agree 1 month prior to each shipment.

I really want to see an RNS now. I don’t think you can take anything from the Twitter slide posted yesterday about stating it’s in time. As we know these tweets sometimes take weeks to approve. I do however take some comfort in what Acker says about GR informing the market if he falls behind.
Critical time for PREM. Holders will need some solid hands, as I suspect SP is about to enter a volatile stage. The combination of trader/investor hype as we go live pushing SP up, and no doubt the odd issue that results in some selling. Try to enjoy the ride folks and keep the endplay in view.
