To be clear - The lithium ban is poorly named by media. This is essentially what many other countries are in the process of doing. Take a listen to 'Global Lithium Podcast Ep150' it’s discussed in there about how countries are also trying to maximise their benefits by keeping as much of the process ‘in country’.
Its also worth noting that it is not a blanket ban... it is targeted at artisanal minors crossing boarders. Majors and Juniors such as Prem just need authority from the Zim government to export. It therefore gives Zim some control which imo is fair enough.
This is obviously geared towards the new Processing Plant which has just agreed and contracted. Zim get more value from the mined Spod if its is then processed in Zim and shipped as concentrate. In Prems case, the pre contracted agreement remains in place. They will export Spodumene to Suzhou as planned.
Graphite legislation which mimics this law has been in Zim for years with no issues.
Please can derampers stick to the facts before scaremongering.

What's the risk Alex with Delay Alex? For arguments sake they are 4 weeks late, it doesn't trigger anything but a potential for Suzhou to ask for interest on their investment for 1 month. This in its self if pennys vs the profit margins.
No need to get hung up on this.
For info, i expect first shipment to be late due to deliveries and plant ramp up issues, but impact is negligible. That's just my opinion, but Roach is telling us that they are on track... so even better.

The difference in peoples opinions on the BB are simply down to individuals risk/reward appetite.
Imo PREM share offers a good reward based on the information I know and assume to be true…. And yes, there are assumptions in there…. That’s the risk part.
But I also look at the captions stated above and by adding the small snippets of info like this together … you can make an overall assumption and quickly see that PREM has good risk/reward. Imo of course.

I said I’d consider buying in at .5p which is where this is heading… I’m not even sure with that anymore.
I suspect there will be some hype-news mid next year when they require another raise to keep their heads above water.
But In honesty, I can see this company disappearing.
The only thing that will save VDTK is the Paragraph JV… however the pace at which that has ‘developed’ is both slow and lacking in any detail…. More likely Nuclear fusion will be tested and rolled out before VDTK achieve anything meaningful .

I received an email from David last month, which I presume he won’t mind me sharing. It was a short answer but confirmed they were focused on DLE from brines rather than hard rock.

Acker, appreciate the global dip, but it was based upon a forecast by a major and we know majors have forecasted low prices in the past just to manipulate markets ahead of a buy in.
Pleased at the recovery but feels more unstable now, given the speed at which the recovery has come about….

A day of mixed emotions….. on one hand, very happy with the % increase…. On the other hand still fuming it lost the value in an unjust way.

Not sure whats going on here, but this will bounce nicely. No way a company weeks away from earning circa £25million a month in revenue deserves a mc of £100m. Don't let them have your shares.

Laverda - had KOD taken the pilot route, not only would they have a more precise DFS, they would have millions in the bank.
The situational Difference between PREM and KODs plans to produce a DFS, is simply that PREM have an opportunity to benefit from high spodumene prices, which unfortunately KOD did not have the opportunity too during recent years.
It’s ultimately a different approach due to a fundamentally different market condition.
I can completely understand why many would be spooked by this unique approach, but in my opinion, it is largely driven by those spodumene prices.

Whilst there was not a lot of new knowledge to come out of the interview, it was really good to hear how focused GR and the team are on making the Pilot work and work well. You can see that some things such as DFS and RUS have slipped but when it boils down to trying to make £m in revenue months earlier... i think you'd struggle to find a share holder that disagrees with the prioritisation.
Ironically, this BB is pretty quiet given all of the stuff that's happening and i think its likely as investors have taken their positions ahead of the Pilot Golive and are sat happy. Possibly a small re-rate related to RUS which i got the feeling was likely to be released Q1 23.
Li3 will be an interesting one.... im looking forward to that RNS update.
Also great to hear the partnership with Suzhou was spoken very highly of.
