Lav- appreciate the constructive response. There is no doubt that KOD potential is huge but of course ‘potential’ and ‘actual value’ differ hugely. For miners it’s the difference between having it out of the ground or not.
The fully completed DFS is clearly where the value lies and I would suggest makes up for the largest % of the KOD SP.
I have to say, regarding the gold aspects, i was surprised to hear during the SH meeting that an offer had already been made and would suggest this would have further bolstered the SP had the offer been shared via RNS.
One thing you have very correctly pointed out is how a TO could affect KOD value… this for sure I have not taken into account in my note below. Those that do dip in and out risk missing this and it’s a very poignant point to raise.
Very exciting year for KOD, and if they keep hold of the main assets, 2024 will be the year SP rockets imo.

Merc - I respectfully disagree with your projection of £300+mc 2023.
2024…. Yes, absolutely… and some. But mc won’t tip over £100/£150m until lithium coming out of the ground imo.
I foresee SP will spike upon news of financing, and then recede as people drop their cash into other shares whilst mine is being built.
The hoards will come back just before or upon completion of first shipment of Spod, then your numbers will be easily hit. Imo of course

Morning all,
I’ve been in AVCT for about 2.5 yrs and slightly down due to getting spiked by the LFT hype a while back. Managed to average down nicely… but can not understand why the SP isn’t creeping up in anticipation for what is pointing towards very positive news in Jan
Am I missing something here or is it simply that investors see this as such a tough nut to crack that risk is too high?

It’s been a profitable year for Prem holders and the information shared on this BB is one of the helpful streams I use to keep up to date and discuss the various scenarios Prem could and does deal with.

Just to clear up the finances as I understand it. The cash from Suzhou will get the mine operational. Cash made from the mine then has royalties and expenses subtracted and the remaining will be deducted from the loan value.
This will continue until loan repayed and then Prem become cash rich. This is the time they could invest in exploration or expansion.

The key point to the above is that operating costs are subtracted from the revenue before loan repayment. This means Prem will not need to raise cash to operate mine during Q2.
Q3 should be pure profit…. Give or take.

Interesting to hear people argue both sides of the coin. That GR is not a good CEO based on history… whilst arguing that Suzhou are driving the ship. Seems conflicting.

Imo - GR has learnt lessons by bringing external expertise on board and Suzhou are proving to be excellent partners both with money and support/advice/personnel.
Ultimately comes down to ones risk/reward appetite.
I can’t believe people are still discussing if this was the best offer… or disgruntled that Suzhou got a % of PREM.
Honestly, do people expect something for nothing on here? Think they could do a better job without being privy to the facts?
There are many ways to swing a cat… this is PREMs way… like it or lump it… and I personally feel it offers me a great opportunity to make money.

Acker - likely that il be proved wrong in 1 hours time, but we could well see and RNS today.
If GR has an interview I would suggest it can only be to discuss something news worthy given he just did a Q&A with no prior RNS breaking news. He did also speak of being hopeful of a Xmas present for shareholders + admitting LI3 required an update, which as you state would require an RNS….. maybe. Just maybe!

I was thinking Li3 JV Acker because when a shareholder at the Q&A challenged GR on releasing an RNS about a drill on site he quickly agreed.
I think it would be interesting to see how it affects the SP too but I think we all agree Zulu is forefront.
Really exciting year for Prem. Really looking forward to seeing how it plays out with production and potential offers.
