Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Acker, it is poor that we have had little communication here.... feels like we keep saying the same thing but it is true and very frustrating.
Given comms have been poor for the majority of 2023, i can only hope they are actually processing some material and they just have not communicated it to shareholders. IMO, the moment you process some ore, you move from an exploration company to a 'mining for profit' company and this is 'price sensitive information' thus requiring an RNS. Therefore i tend to agree with you comments, they have not started yet.
However - in a late 2022 interview, a shareholder poised a question to GR about why he had not RNS'd the fact we had an exploration drill rig at the Li3 project and GR agreed he needed to do this...... and yet, nothing. (so we know it happens)
I cant get my head around it...... frustrated, but i know long term we will be all good. but yeh,,,,, frustrating!
Keep smiling all

Acker, you are not wrong to want both. This is a crucial time for the companies short term cash flow and interest deal with Suzhou…. Holders should absolutely be kept abreast of the ramp up.
Any shareholders expecting this plant to be turned on and churn out 5k tonnes of SC6 need a dose of reality and some ‘work experience’ in Project management. This was already a very tight plan, with what ‘seems’ to be very slight delays and word changes in RNS’. Almost never, do complex bespoke projects ramp up perfectly.
However, it would take a fool to see slight delays as a material driver as to whether to invest or not. IMO Prem and Stark will deliver on the mine and we will see over 4K tonnes and acceptable SC6 quality by latest end of June… and if they do, that will be a massive success. If they beat it, bonus for me and my expectations.
SP reflects the the risk and lack of confidence shared by the board. Due to history, it will take results to drive the SP past 1p and mine/proven resource growth to surpass 2p.
GLA, I remain confident we will all see over 1p and beyond this year.

Morning all, been a decent week. More confirmation that the final parts of the mine have arrived, no announcements of delays or financial deficits and SP remains primed with energy to move up on next announcement.
It’s going to be an extremely interesting month in Prem here, and I look forward to seeing just how much and what quality we get out of the ground on our first attempt.
I suspect it will be tough going, but SP reflects a market that doesn’t believe it will happen, rather than hype built into knowing it will…. This should provide an opportunity to move up nicely.
Keep up the good work GR and team.

Looking forward to another day. More rain on the way in Africa with a Cyclone heading across in the next few days. Not sure how it will affect Zim specifically but Zim government warning artisanal miners and small mines in low regions to stop mining. I think this shows how Africa are starting to take the safety of people more seriously albeit a long way to go. PREM likely not affected by the stoppage given their pit will be tiny but only speculating here. GLA

Profit - did you notice a slight change in wording…. It says on track for Producing Spodumene in Q1.
Previously it was spoken that that we expect Shipment in Q1.
Is GR subtly making the market aware of a delay or are we all reading too much into it. I have no idea. But as I mentioned previously, we’re in a great position even if we have a few weeks delay (which has not been confirmed)
J
Very pleased with the RNS today. A little confused by the comments relating to things still being in transit however all things considered, you’d of snapped someone’s hand off if they offered this position and SP just 12 months ago.
My advice to anyone panicking about todays drop - make sure you don’t focus too much on the the daily charts…. Zoom out a little… take another look at the last 12 months.
We’re doing well here, as is GR and the team.

Morning all. Great to see the SP continuing to show strong support and a nice uplift yesterday.
Do not underestimate the importance of Tesla’s investigations into buying a li mine and controlling a large part of their supply chain. On a like-for-like basis, Tesla’s are already cheaper to manufacture than other manufacture equivalents.
The likes of GM and Volkswagen will have to find ways to remain competitive on price, and given the profit margins in mining atm, I can only see it, ending with more purchases of lithium mines. In my opinion, this will result in a number of strategic buyouts.
PREM are well placed to enjoy the next saga of the lithium scramble.
1p in sight with positive golive rns
Have a good day all

Steward/Acker - please do plenty of research on DLE before getting in too deep with CLON. DLE is extremely bespoke to each brine and therefore takes much time to refine. Joe Lowery and many other experts believe it’s not the answer to long term Lithium supply. ATB - of you can make a profit with it then well done, I would just advise plenty of research of going balls deep. GL

A critical point Snowking. The way George has played this is superb. By hiring and looking after locals and government of Zim, he will be doing what's morally AND financially right WHISLT securing the future of EOP. Everyones happy.

Just confirming we turn the plant on tomorrow right?
I expect an rns 7am tomorrow then if that’s correct.
I will be buying myself a mug too once we get past a penny. Might sip an aged single malt out of it to celebrate haha.
Snowking- are you expecting we will agree the price per tonne on the first tranch of SC6 by end of Feb?
I was sure I read prices for each shipment would be agreed 1 month in advance based on the going rate set by an agreed specific tracker (can’t remember which one)
SC6 contract prices are still in an excellent position, even though they have dropped slightly, you would have bitten someone’s hand off if they offered this price 2yrs ago!
Further consolidation today with maybe a small creep up to .73/.75
