So with only 2 more trading days left before the deadline as Monday is a bank holiday, surely any formal bids / interest should have been made although I guess they still have the weekemd to lodge any interest.
But with only a few days left anyone that has now decided to pull out must be passed on to the shareholders shouldn't they, and if they haven't then maybe we still have a good chance of hitting 40p+. Let's see what happens today.

All the bidders were fully aware of the debt and that it was coming down slowly and AA were / are making good profits and still made it clear they wanted to look at a deal before AA sorted it out themselves. There must be a good reason why Jefferies just came out with some negative info and it could be that they are now a buyer at this price looking to make a bit, as they do.

Anyway if Jefferies thinks the bid will be less than 40p and it is then surely the company will just reject it or the shareholders will vote it down and we will carry on.

Look nothing is straight forward in takeovers and they hardly ever turn out as pi think they will, I have posted many options that I think could happen and many that have taken place before with other companies.
I for think AA. shouldn't sell for less than £1.50 or at all, if they can sort out their debt then AA. have a good future with profits so why dsell it off cheap and let someone else get the profits.
But I can see others trying to get it cheap, I don't see any point in just posting positive views with your head stuck in the sand as to what might happen.
Now as far as being invested I might even hold more than yourself but it's not worth going down that road as we are all in the same position until next week, but let's hope it's good news when it comes.

is now only a few days away and at least we should know who is still interested, so what are the odds that all 3 /4 interested parties all drop out after making their full interest known in the press. Maybe 1-2 or even 3 but surely not all 4, but if they do then there must be a lot more bad information they have found out that they don't like. Anyway by Monday /Tuesday we should have a much better idea and what a possible price is. Can it be that they will try to drop the sp to 30p by this friday and then offer the 40p on Monday saying it's an offer so much over the Friday finishing price. More games.

I don't think we can read anything into any of the brokers views now they are all out the window as none of them have a clue what's going to happen over the next 2-3 weeks any more than we do.
It's either going to go up on a bid of 45p- 60p or drop because AA. go it alone. take your pick.

Come on bod's it's about time you gave us some good news of the 60p+ bid, all getting a bit tied of this nothing happening lark.

Is this the start of fear coming in because we only have a few days left before the deadline and no one has yet put a firm bid i, are many now starting to think a bid will NOT come in and so are starting to sell before a big drop after the bod's announce they will go it alone on their own fund raising .

If I remember correctly Foo tried to sell WM for what about 3 -4 years and could never get a firm offer or if he did one that was good enough for him, anyway he never passed that info on to shareholders.
Also at that time vog If I am right run out of money and couldn’t borrow any more as their credit had hit rock bottom so they were in need of any funds from WM.
Now if the new bod’s can manage a sale at any price they must be desperate for cash to see them through until the new placing comes in at 2p ish.

Although the sp went down yesterday , there was some big buys and 1 of 3+m (£2m) which makes it look like the sp was being held down to aquire more stock.
Let's see what happens on Monday as this should now be going up with all that's going on.

Good god talking about west med again,we all know that it would could more to develope than whats it's worth with roads pipeline etc etc.
Why would anyone buy west med when they can buy all of vog for what about £8m-£10m and then they would also get another pipeline for free, although I don't know who would want to hold another pipeline they could sell off. More pipe dreams by the new team looking to get support for another placing and using west med as a hook to draw them in.

When you look back some 8-10 years there was thousands of pi's that invested in vog because they / we all saw a great business and future in what vog was doing, alass everyone of these pi's has lost money and many thousands of pounds in vog.
In those 8-10 years alone the way a number of times great new fisions came out from the bod's that kept many still invested hoping that some day things might change, alass almost every new fision fell flat or died on it's feet because of some un foreseen problem but still the bod's kept raising more money.
Is it because all / many of the pi's that invested in vog are coming on here just for the fun of things I guess not it's more because they are trying to help and new investors to just keep a clear head and not believe everything that comes out. I must say you are just like me and I guess many others that know at some time things will change for the better, but just bear in mind that might just not happen. I wish you well and hope you make some money from vog it's about time someone did.
You keep going on about small money lost in DEbs and TC but that's nothing to whats already lost in vog and water under the bridge so stop the worries. I would be more worried about the placing / issue to raise more money at 2p than my losses.

Have you noticed that the majority of these rns's are just position statements and NOT stake building rns's. So not so many ready to take that jump into buying extra stock just incase the bids don't come in.

Another great step forward for ITV for long term growth and profit and will help push up the sp in time.

1) customers
2) cash payments from outstanding sales.
3) Stay afloat.
Come on let's be honest now how many other companies have spend about £250m on assets and end up with a company with MC of about £8m, outstanding cash debts, not enough customers , not making a profit and still in need of more cash.
VOG must be one of the worst run companies still listed and looking for more investors.
At least they hold a record for something.

Yes well undervalued in my view, remember many / most shares go down this time of the year anyway with lots of the city on holiday etc.
Give it 1-2 months and normal trading will be back and the ftse back up to what about 7000, then we will see ITV back about 75p-80p. Production teams are all going back advertising is all coming back and so will be profits and divi's . Lot's to look forward to.
