It's all the airlines own doing,
They have been taking too many bookings while knowing they cannot fill these holidays under the current staff shortages.
If they stopped taking bookings they could not G/Tee then there wouldn't be all these people at the airports.

I don't think they have too many customers.
I think all / most travel companies went out of their way to take as many bookings as possible knowing they couldn't forefill the business under the current short staff condition.
To me what it looks like is take as much money from customers as possible for cash flow now and then if they have to give cash back / or credits they will sort that out later. A big con, just to improve cash flow. But now it will backfire on them all.

I think the trouble is that this will turn more negative as the day goes on and be down 2p-5p today.

Some good points but looks like they have a long and hard way to go before they are out of the woods.

I guess we are all sitting on some cash and sitting on big drops in the shares we hold.
It's a game of just sitting on some until Sept /Oct and or selling some others.

You say that now, but if this goes pop then you lose the 30% left and you will say ( should have sold) we have all done it.

The trouble is with the current climate the city will probably mark this down even if they come out with a great trading up-date , and we could still see 150.

This is a really low SP now, so is it worth a gamble and buy more expecting good / better news on Tuesday and pushing up the SP and making more. Or asking for trouble and a big price drop down to what 150 ish ?

Now the big investors will be getting very worried as they can see another rights / placing coming.

Tom , first I am NOT a long term holder been buying and selling for the last year my ave is now only a few pence away from todays price so I don't care iether way.
It's just the way we look at shares, we all know that at some stage in a few monthjs this will be much higher than £1 and we have divi's to look forward to. When we get days like today and many days over the last few weeks you just have to play your hunches, it's as simple as that.

First We all know that whatever you say has NO impact on the SP.
Second a number of posters just like to come on and keep saying the sp is going to something and it seems they get great pleasure in trying to make others feel bad.
The fact is many investers don't give a hoot to what is said and if they think it's a good buy at a certain SP they will continue to buy for the next weeks / months. We all know shares go up and down and many experienced investors just take it with a bit of salt and know at some point things will get better.
So the more we get negative posts to wind people up the more other investors will post more positive remarks.
The words de-ramper and ramper just mean positive and negative so stop trying to read too much into them.
If you think the SP is a good buy then buy if not then sell . simple and who cares.

From a poster that has spent about 2 years de-ramping this stock. After you lost money on your buy, then bought back in to lose even more money and now de-ramping to buy back in at a lower price. Need I say more.
But the more you de-ramp the more others will ramp to keep the talk even.

That's good news then as we will just keep buying and we will make even more money.

WOW now that is a low SP

The Group has today issued an irrevocable instruction to Numis Securities Limited to continue to manage the Programme, within pre-set parameters, during the closed period ahead of the publication of the Group's Half Year results on 28 July 2022.

To date, the Programme has seen 2,539,850 shares purchased, at a total value of £879,416.82. Against the £3m target

So that must mean they want the broker to buy another £2+m of share before the results are out. Or have I read that wrong.?

Wow at this price ITV is a real sitting duck for a take over and I would guess there must be a few big companies looking at options here.
The more it falls the bigger the risk of takeovers and the SP will only go up to say £1.40 for takeout price. just sit tight.

But just look at the numbers, it says total rev was about $14+m with total debt about $15.9m,
Now is that without the money they have to find to pay off RSM?
Not looking to good is it.
Can see RSM Taking total control of vog in exchange for the debt they owe them. Looks like game over to me.

Please explain high risk. !!!!
If a company like ITV is making great profits and paying a divi and investing in future plans plus said they will make another divi at the int results after even more profits etc
Plus director buys shares showing confidence, pray what do you call low risk ??????????
