Anyway, to reply properly:

Dinoken throws out share price target withany no real rationale. It just feels like whatever happens to pop into his head at the time, and it’s hard to take that seriously.

I’ve been in this stock for a long time, and when things look negative, I’ve always said so. But I’ve never tried to predict the share price because, like everyone else here, I honestly haven’t got a clue. If I’d followed all the advice posted on this board over the years, I’d probably have lost money.

So I’m sticking with my medium-term view, and I’ve already explained the reasons for that. I think the management is moving in the right direction, and the Times article was encouraging — especially the way the brand is connecting with younger customers who have plenty of disposable income.

You’re a smart guy, and I’m genuinely surprised you give much attention to Dinoken’s £1 share price call. The guy is just looking for attention

The shops are already bulging with people, and it might be a good idea for you to get out of your armchair and do some 'on the ground' research. I was once a 'doubting Thomas' but three things have changed my mind. 1. The resilience of customer loyalty during the Covid outbreak. 2. The media coverage suggesting(as per the Times article today) that MKS are now finding a new class of single, fashion-conscious young people transferring loyalty to the brand. 3. The still affluent middle classes, seasonally loyal, and especially so at Christmas. My wife, like most Japanese, is hyper critical. She says shopping for food at any of the stores is a 'unique experience'... On clothes, a Japanese friend of hers who is very well off said the clothing range is exceptional and getting better all the time. She gave an example of the silk lingerie range which is as good or better than the very expensive Intimissimi range-this is someone who buys Chanel. MKS had a big scare and that scare has given it a new lease of life. It is transforming itself into a very well moated stock and I am motivated to call my friend Warren Buffet and suggest he buy 5%. He likes great brands with deep moats and low PE's.

At the end of the day we listen to Dinoken and his nonsensical 300p or those who really understand retail.

I sold my IAG and going to use the dough for RR. It's fantastic long term hold and if the SP wobbles a bit I couldn't care less. What I do care about is not whining that I missed the boat when the price shoots up in a few months' time.
