80% of the institutions are US. US institutions are not noted for their philanthropy. At the end of the day, they have a duty to clients and trustees.

If Blackrock were offered 550p a share in Amazon paper are you suggesting they would not take a close look? I am a LTH. If I were not I would be furious at the idiots claiming '£4 by the end of the week' . If I were Stuart, I would be concerned about a bid if the SP doesn't get support soon. There seems to be a lack of confidence. I imagine Stuart must be exhausted and I feel for him. All the damage is out in the open. A bidder knows there is nothing intrinsically wrong and that the brand has an amazing moat around it. I can quite see why an international buyer would be interested in this once in a lifetime acquisition
