There needs to be a proper response to this speculation.

Will depend on the ageing of the fleet . . Therefore would implement in newer vehicles and may have a cut off point where older vehicles are not installed with guardian . . Unless they can transfer to another vehicle with no additional cost.

A positive endorsement - human psychology is to stress test/ identify errors first before settling back as to the original objective that the question this software is trying answer. New ways of working will always trigger an uncertainty/ fear of change and scepticism due to changing an existing pattern of working.

Totally agreed with your sentiments - it feels like the update is back to pre Mike M days. So poorly written and gives the wrong message. And what the hell is going on with Fleet .....? Fleet was supposed to be there growing in the background whilst Auto became along came from behind to over take fleet. Looks like the other way around.

Where is the fleet update?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It needs to be an RNS!!!!

The technology takes multiple possible weather forecast scenarios from Finnish company Foreca into consideration, so a vehicle that uses it knows how and where it can drive autonomously. Bosch says this can prevent vehicles from having to hand over controls to a human driver at the first sign of poor road conditions. Of course, that only applies to vehicles that still have steering wheels and systems that haven't reached Level 4 or 5 autonomous driving capabilities yet.
