What will be the order of payment? Before or after the share consolidation. If post will be 1/15 less than pre consolidation. Trying to understand how the £300 div for every 5k shares held? Thought it would be £34 for every 5k held? Have I missed something obvious?

14 shares for every 15 held. Will lose 1/15th in this consolidation.

Thought the RNS was positive, but it looks like the last paragrah has caused this. We have moderated our annual guidance predominantly due to customers postponing their new deployments in order to deploy LTE CAT-1 in their new products, which is expected to be certified by the operators and commercially available in early 2016; as well as delays in a few customers' projects, which will mature in 2016. Therefore our confidence in our longer term growth forecasts, as reflected by market expectations, remains strong.

Whilst these are promising, it would be helpful if they could provide some level of detail regarding revenue streams. A contract win is a contract win, but some transparency and translation into what it means in terms of projections, etc would equally be informative.
